I called this morning around eight am and Thomas was at my house within the hour. He not only fixed the problem but also informed us about the type of unit we have. We bought the house not knowing much about the HVAC unit. He was up front about his fees as well. I believe his service was outstanding! Very professional, timely and reasonable. My husband had contacted another local HVAC company and they wouldn’t have been able to come until the next day. We are so thankful for Thomas’ timely manner. We will definitely use them again if need be.

Our heater went out during a storm. Thomas came the same day I called and had the unit working within 30 minutes. Very polite and professional.

My AC started freezing up so I called PHC and Tommy Barnett came out and checked my unit. He did a great job and provided me with options for solving my ac problem without breaking the bank. Highly recommend. Will use them again in the future for all heating and cooling service needs.

Highly recommend this business. We had them come out to look at our unit, and within 24hrs, they had our new Bosch 5ton unit completely installed. The owner, as well as the employees were very professional and courteous.
