Best HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with and very tech savvy. Get automated text messages and reminders. Even shows your tech’s location and can track when they will make to the house. A+
I was very impressed with the professionalism of AirSouth. The service tech and the installer were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The service tech came out on the 4th of July ( we called 5 other companies and none were taking calls that day). They didn’t even charge extra for service on a holiday.
Technician arrived on time and I was notified with a link for me to track their arrival and also a photo of the technician was provided. I really like that service. The technician team immediately went to work on the install and everything went well. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend AirSouth Cooling and Heating to all my friends and family.
Jacob was our technician .He did an amazing job and is an amazing human along with being great at his job. Met him for first time today and he treated me as if I was family or if I known him a thousand years . My family and I were very pleased with service! Need more like Jacob
Ryan showed up at the appointed time and worked very diligently to fix our issues. He explained the process and offered us The Total Care Club which he explained using simple terms.
These men were excellent and professional and bent over backwards to get our Generac hooked up.

We came home from vacation to find our thermostat at 85 degrees. Called their 24 hour hotline and they were very professional! Trent came the next morning as soon as possible and got to work! Extremely professional and explained everything!
Everything about this company is tip top. An A one company. The best. My service man, Brandon, came on the Fourth of July, inspected and fixed my air conditioning on the spot for my family. Cannot say enough good things about how wonderful and fast and economical this. This saved me! company was.
Our mini splits are about 6 months old and AirSouth has been out here to "fix" them around 14 times. They've blocked me on Facebook and now will not return our calls or respond to our emails. These units continue to leak all over our house. Yall just reworked the drains last week again.. Ashley was the one of the phone and said she wanted the owner to call her back and he still hasn't. I sent an email saying we have had enough and want these unreliable units off our property because they are destroying our house and property.
Air South did an excellent job. I had a generator installed. professional people and affordable prices and worked with us all the way.
I was very happy with the service and the information that was provided. I will definitely keep using them for any of my air or heating issues.
Taylor was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Would welcome him to do further work for us.
Austin K came out and figured out what was wrong with our unit. He went over our options and then fixed the problem right away. He was very polite and courteous. Thankful for his great service 🙏

Love the idea of text notification when the tech is en route along with a picture ID as part of fraud prevention. This gives homeowner sufficient time to leave work and aware of who should be there. Finally!!! No more guessing when to take off from work. Service is Totally AWESOME both at the office & on site. Thank you, Air South AND Spencer P.😁!!!!
