I called to asked if they do repairs on washers and before I could end the sentence the lady said, "do you live in Clinton "? I said no ma'am. We only service Clinton, call A1 appliances. She cut me off so quickly and hung up. I felt that was very unprofessional.

Even during this busy time, the team got a tech out to my place the very next day. The dispatcher was great, calling me in advance to confirm they were on the way. Technician was friendly and explained everything he did to address the AC unit.

Kept getting different answers for AC trouble. Stephen verified issues a d offered a correct fix. Even took pictures of what needed to be fixed to explain what and why. (Unit in attic)

They responded quickly to fix my problem. I hit the air conditioning line while weed eating. Answered the phone and was out there within a day!
I have always been able to rely on Clinton Refrigeration Services! They have quickly and efficiently taken care of my emergency needs as well as maintenance. The staff is so easy to work with and they definitely have that small town customer service that so many businesses no longer have! Not only is their service and customer service excellent, they are also very knowledgeable about all things heating and refrigeration. You will not be sorry going with them!

Of all times for my 19 year old A/C to quit working...a holiday weekend! Clinton Refrigeration got it going again until a new unit could be installed. No sales pressure, just an honest evaluation of my old unit, which I already knew was on its way out. I would give them TEN stars if I could for their excellent customer service and caring.
I had such a positive experience with Clinton Refrigeration. Doug spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and did an outstanding job at explaining everything in terms that were easy for someone without AC knowledge (me) to understand. They have definitely earned my trust and I would highly recommend.

I trusted Clinton Refrigeration Service to come out and evaluate my hvac unit. I was given a bill of almost $200 without any communication of fees or given consent. The technicians came out and completed work that they wanted to complete and I was just handed a bill for it. I’ll never use the company again. Poor customer service
Eric and his family have provided professional, friendly and exceptional service for us since 2007. What most impressed me was Eric's knowledge and expertise on heating and air-conditioning engineering. On Eric's recommendation we purchased an A/C that would save energy, cool and heat the home and filter the air of impurities to reduce allergens. Our Lennox AC/Heating is still running strong after 12 years.
We've used Clinton Refrigeration for many years. Always comes right out when we call with any issues. A+ business!
