The AC Doctors quickly responded and communicate directly with me about when they would arrive so that I didn’t need to wait around all afternoon for them to show up. The price they quoted was the price that we paid. The were very professional and considerate of my time.

I called.for a system check after blowing a 20 year old fuse. The unit was running and appeared normal. The tech identified and fixed a couple of- easily fixed and commonly overlooked issues likely there since installation. My wife said the tech was a pleasure to work with and he was done before I could get home. Nicely done

Jerold Sit and the AC Doctors have been our HVAC contractor for the past 5 years and we are extremely pleased. They installed systems on our previous and current homes and are prompt, courteous and professional. We will call on them to meet all our HVAC needs.
I called on a Sunday around noon and they had a technician out to my house that day. Excellent customer service and the repair man was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Got home last night to water in my kitchen floor. Turned AC off because it was coming from attic where my AC is located. Called AC Doctors at 8:30 this morning. They came out found the problem and fixed it. Friendly knowledgeable guys.
They repaired my heating system back in October and came to repair my HVAC unit on 5/11. The technicians are very courteous and explain everything very well

The AC Doctors have impeccable service standards and employees. The technicians were so knowledgeable and polite that came and serviced the AC systems. After having the AC Doctors install new units last summer, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to perform the scheduled service on them.

Everyone with the AC Doctors has been so pleasant and accommodating to work with. From scheduling the initial appt to find out why my system wasn’t cooling- they came quickly- to arranging the repair times and follow-up visits to guarantee the work done is functioning properly, all while making sure all of this worked for my schedule. They explained all issues with the system and steps needed to repair it and guaranteed their work. I felt very confident in their work from start to finish. Tyler Boykin and his team at AC Doctors are wonderful to work with, and I definitely recommend them for any AC work and will not hesitate to use them in the future!

This is so important when dealing with services that cost thousands of dollars. I had my complete system replaced. I don’t worry when I’m dealing with a man of character.
