I cannot express how wonderful this experience was. I called at 6:30am, he came before 9:30am, got the parts needed for the repair and was finished by noon….in Mississippi in July! I was impressed by his professionalism and the cost was excellent. He was a blessing to me and will be to anyone needing help. 5 big stars. Excellent!

My air conditioning went out last night, I was looking for someone who could fix it asap but also for a good price. Scooter came as soon as we called. He was not only quick but he was professional. Scooter will be the guy we will use from now on! I 100% recommend doing business with this company !!
We were in the market for a new heater and air conditioner. We originally were going to go with the well known company in Brandon, but we called Scooter and he gave us a quote for a system that was over $4,000 less than the competition. Scooter and his son put the heater and air conditioner in along with a new cold air return vent. Everything was seamless and they did a fantastic job. Scooter and his son were professional and above all honest with us on the price of the project. They weren't there to gouge us like the bigger company. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs. Will definitely use them for all our future jobs.
Before I found Pohl air conditioning and heating, I had a company try to charge me a real high price so I got a second opinion. Scooter gave me great labor warranty and a price.

Pohl air conditioning is a very professional company, they helped me out with my heat exchangers b cause they had a crack in them but they do amazing business. And I’m pleased with their work.

Great experience! Scooter was able to schedule me on the same day I called, even with it raining. He worked efficiently and was able to get my AC working very quickly. Afterwards, he thoroughly explained everything he did and the overall status of my system. He's fantastic at his job and a great guy to chat with. I highly recommend him. Thank you again.
