Dave came on the day of installation to make sure everything went well. After a few weeks when I had doubts about the air conditioner, Dave himself came to check everything was ok. Even the installation team performed their job very well. Hats off to them. I am really lucky to find a good company like Sheffield Heating & Cooling. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Keep up your good work Sheffield Heating & Cooling.
My experience with Sheffield Heating & Cooling was nothing short of fantastic. The technician, Eric, was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my furnace and provided me with several different options to choose from for the repair. Eric was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I appreciate the great customer service and excellent work that Eric provided, and I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.
They installed a new AC system. They were both very respectful of our home and yard. They left no trace behind of the installation. Joe carefully guided me through the systems so I could operate the heat and air. We have use their services for over 7 years and highly recommend this business.

I think the whole thing is a scam. I drove by their "location" and it's actually an antique store, Google it yourself, If you call them you are just connected to a call center that takes your info and charges you $149 for a "premium service plan". No technician ever showed up to do any work during the time they said they would. I would look someplace else for service!
Zack was our tech. He arrived promptly, checked out our furnace area and did our spring A/C cleaning. He was very efficient and thorough.He even found several holes that had formed in some pipes by our furnace. We had he come back and replace the pipes. He did a great job. He was very personable, and we would strongly recommend Sheffield Heating & Cooling!
This is a scam. It doesn't exist at this address. They just want your credit card information to defraud you. lt has been reported to the police. All the reviews and photos are fake.

Not only did they give us numerous options but also organized and coordinated the entire install; furnace, plumbing, electrical, propane. One Hour service has always been prompt and easy to get a hold of if we ever have any questions. I would recommend them to anyone.
I am so pleased to have been referred to Sheffield Heating & Cooling. Zack quickly and accurately diagnosed my furnace/venting problem & displayed confidence in his knowledge & work. Most importantly he was open to discussion with all of my questions/concerns. The office promptly contacted me with an appointment schedule, quote request, and the service was punctual and professional.
Getting an arrangement was ease and hustle free. We had them do an annual AC cleaning/maintenance and we were totally pleased. Zack came out on- the dot and was very detailed and competent. I feel that he even went above and over with checking things and taping up an area that wasn't completely airtight. We will be calling Sheffield Heating & Cooling back for the furnace check!!

Sheffield Heating & Cooling replaced our air conditioning after a compressor failed on our unit. These company employs very genuine, hard-working and caring employees. We are very pleased with our new unit and look forward to them continuing to service our AC and furnace through their maintenance plan!!
