Bruce was very polite and got started right away. He checked my condenser and the unit in the attic for any possible A/C leaks. He installed new freon and made sure my system was cooling. He did all this for a price under what i was expecting. I would highly recommend Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. to anyone needing HVAC repairs.
Needed a new AC as mine went out so called Mattco. They talked me into a 129 “subscription” and said the tech would look at my broken AC while getting a quote. The tech was nice but would not look at recharging the AC since the type of Freon is so old. He ended up giving me an estimate but spent 0 time diagnosing or repairing. Called for a refund on the “subscription” due to the fact I had no services done and only an estimate (which are typically free), and was told no.

This is the best service company I have ever used. They are always on time, very courteous, and have the best customer service I have experienced.
I called in morning when I found out my heat was not working and they were able to come during a short lunch break. I felt the price was good and fair and I would recommend them again.

Talked with Chris Wednesday night for service cooler at business. Chris assured me he would come 9 to 11 am the next day. No show. I called again talked with a nice woman who made appointment for 1pm that day. 4pm no one showed. I called again talked with another guy. He said they would not be able to service till Monday. But I said I had two scheduled appointments. He just said sorry. No one called us back. So be careful if you need service from this company not honest. I would never call them again or recommend them.
The tech team came ready to work. Both had masks on when I approached the door and placed covers on their shoes before coming in. They came in to do the maintenance on my furnace and changed the filter. Happy to say they were in and out within 30 minutes. They also answered my questions about an air filtration system I'm interested in purchasing. Above and beyond service is always welcomed for me. I would definitely use their services again.
Had an appointment scheduled 8-11am person did not call until 10:20-10:30am to say they can’t make it during that time. Person then said they would come the next day at 8:00am sharp did not show up or call. Gave the person two hours hoping they would show up but no show occurred again. Called company they said they would have a manager call no manager called nothing happened. Gave about another hour or two to get the call from a manager no call. Had to call in AGAIN where a rep stated they did not see a phone call from today and no work order for a manager !!!! Put in a work order for a manager still no call!! We are brand new as of two days ago and terrible service so sad to do this to people
The entire team at Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. is awesome! Every person who came into our home was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. From our initial consultation the installation and everything was solid. Our new furnace and air conditioner were up and running in one day, and we are pleased with the way everything works/looks. I would definitely recommend it.

I decided to purchase our ductless air conditioner system from Mattco Heating And Cooling company. On install day the installers showed up on time and installed our ductless system as described.The estimator followed up with me after the install to ensure all went well. I would have no problem recommending them.
Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. does our maintenance on the furnace and air conditioner. The people that come to do the work are always pleasant and polished. They have always caught issues before they became a problem. What's really nice is they call you to schedule the maintenance calls so you don't have to remember!!
I called three contractors to get an estimate for air conditioner and furnace replacement.Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. gave the best price and combined with the good reviews on Google, I choose them. The technician was able to install the A/C and furnace within 2 days of my initial inquiry. He did a great job and cleaned up the area after completion.

We have a very old air conditioning unit and despite that the technician was able to troubleshoot it thoroughly. He explained to me what he found and why it was not going to be repairable. I know just enough about this stuff to be dangerous and to also know he was right. He also conferred with a senior tech to confirm his diagnosis. It's not about how smart you are, it's about using wisdom and knowledge to get it right the first time. Fully recommended.
