Dan tryed everything to get the AC running but it came down to the Compressor. When they go it's game over. Great effort though. Thanks Dan
Shane was prompt, informative, personable and professional. Diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly. We will now look at Krinkie’s for other work, plumbing and electrical. Would have appreciated a heads-up call for arrival time, but we were the first call of the day.
They have always been prompt with service. I have used Krinkie's many times and have never been disappointed.
Andy was very informative when suggesting a furnace and ac unit replacement. Answered all our questions and gave different opinions without being pushy. Andy also did the install with his team and they were very professional, clean and explained what was being done and helped with getting everything set up as well as going through the app with us. Highly recommend and did a great job!
Ryan was polite, super fast and efficient. Was able to fix and get my AC working on one of the hottest days of they year.
Krinkies did an excellent job installing our new heat pump and furnace. All techs were very professional and were willing to answer any questions I had along the way.
Shane came to do annual maintain on my air conditioner. He had been to my residence in the past for annual maintenance checks. He was extremely kind and caring. He fixed my air conditioner and repaired a problem in my furnace room very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Krinkie Heating and Air Conditioning especially Shane!!!
I really can’t say enough about how awesome Dan is. He can diagnose just from a sound! Though, he of course confirms this by investigating. We feel quite fortunate to have landed in his client pool.
Same-day appointment and Mike was great. He kept us informed along the way and provided options with which to move forward. And of course fixed the issue.
They seemed to work good as a team. Took their time to make sure everything was good to go for another year. The one thing that they could add to their to-do list is turning down the thermostat after they set it much higher than I prefer.
Krinkies is top notch. Mike took the time to walk me through our system maintenance. I couldn’t recommend a better company for our heating and AC needs in MN.
Joe was here on time. Got things running and checked. Checked out a couple of other things and talked about what needs to be done in the fall.

Very friendly and professional service. Very knowledgeable and was able to resolve and reapir my air conditioner within munutes. He gave me a very detailed explanation of what went wrong, walked me through all the steps of the repair and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend.
Been With Kinkies 25 plus years. Always on time. They keep our air air conditioning running and in the fall they make sure our furnace is running great. I have already referred them to a couple friends of ours. Service you can trust.
Paul Nelson is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He has taken care of my HVAC system since I’ve owned my home. He has given me great advice on how to maximize the efficiency of my equipment, and even makes sure the batteries are changed in my thermostat. He pays great attention to detail. Krinkie’s is always responsive when I call. They have replaced a water heater for me, and I have an appointment for one of their plumbers to replace my main water valve on Monday. I highly recommend Krinkie’s and Paul Nelson as a technician.

Joe D. was fantastic! He was so kind and professional! I just moved here from GA, so he gave me lots of helpful tips on how to make sure my HVAC stays functioning well in the Minnesota weather. In my opinion, he went above and beyond!
I've called and used Krinkie's a few times and they have been a great service. I enjoy having them explain things to me so I can further understand. I always learn something from them with each visit. However, you may want to rethink services. My air conditioning was no longer working. A Master Mechanic from Krinkie's came to look into it and said a mouse had come in and chewed up all the wires and would need a full replacement. I was working from home at the time, so I could not go outside with him to check it out myself. They also said my furnace needed to be fully replaced because there was a risk of carbon monoxide. Later, I called a family member to come take a look at the air conditioning unit. He was baffled because there was only ONE line that was barely chewed up, and he was able to fix it easily in less than a minute. I called another Master Mechanic from a different company and he said everything was perfectly fine, just needed to replace the capacitor. My air conditioning is back up and running. He also mentioned that with the furnace and risk of carbon monoxide, an honest mechanic would've inputted a sensor and showed you the actual results of the ppm. Krinkie's never mentioned or showed me anything about it. He stated everything looked fine and if I was worried, he would come check during the winter time since that's when the risk would occur. He saw nothing wrong with it and stated that Krinkie's was trying to scare me into doing a full replacement. This has made me heavily doubt the integrity of Krinkie's work and analysis. The fact that a "Master Mechanic" came to look at it and stated I needed a full replacement... I had heavily wanted to believe that since their services before were great that they would be truthful and provide a fair quote. However, this was not the case and has made me rethink all the services that they worked on before. I'd suggest you go with another company that is honest and truthful and not one that uses scare tactics
