This weekend it was over 100 degrees. Our air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday. My usual HVAC company wasn’t even answering their phone. I contacted Robbins Commercial HVAC, Inc. and the technician was able to come to our home within approximately one hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly and returned with the necessary parts this morning. I highly recommend him. He's very professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and charged a very fair price. Thank you Robbins Commercial HVAC, Inc., much appreciated.
Great customer service from the beginning to the end. Their team was very responsive and professional. They were respectful, clean and very thorough when explaining the process and findings. They also did a great job of confirming and reminding us of our appointment was to make sure it was still convenient. Our new go to company!

I called to get a quote on just an inspection She said they don't do that. 99 BUCKS to come out and inspection would be on top of that. I asked if someone could call.me during office hours to get a quote...she said they don't do that. What the heck???
The technicians are always prompt, professional and friendly. We have used their service for over years and are very satisfied. I love how you are sent a photo and short bio of the tech coming to your home, what a great idea! Today I had Ken help with my thermostat, he went above & beyond what was needed & gave me tips for the future if those happens again.

Great experience! Ken was professional, knowledge and respectful of my home, my needs and my time. Explained and fixed my HVAC issue without trying to sell me a new system. When I’m ready though, I’ll call Robbins Commercial HVAC, Inc first.
Robbins Commercial HVAC, Inc. installed a new Furnace and A/C for us. Their staff went out of their way to make sure that everything worked right and that we were happy with the installation. We were pleasantly surprised at how well our new A/C worked keeping our home evenly cool and comfortable. We didn't realize how inefficient our old system was until we had our new one installed. We had Robbins Commercial HVAC, Inc. techs install a complete HVAC system, the crew was prompt and efficient. The work was swiftly completed and clean-up satisfactory. The system has been functioning very well. I would passionately recommend them to anyone interested in decent priced system installed by competent experts!.
I called at 11:30am stating the heater in my business wasn’t working. The guy I spoke with said they would be here within 2 hours and I would receive a call half an hour before they came. 4 hours went by and I called back to get an update, as I hadn’t gotten a phone call yet and no one had come. I was told they would “note my ticket for an eta”. I called again around 6:15, and was told the same thing. I pushed back saying I was promised someone by 1:30. I was told a supervisor would call me. I still haven’t heard back, and they are closed. And my store is freezing. Definitely don’t call these people if you want someone to come out.
They were professional in every manner in our interaction with them and their work ethic. They replaced a Trane unit that performed for 3 years and we hope to get the same from our new system. Our salesman recommended what we needed for our house without over selling. Overall, excellent experience from start to finish. Hope to see the same crew for our annual checkup.
I would recommend Robbins Commercial HVAC, Inc. and their techs John and Justin to anyone who needs heating and ac work done. They exceeded my expectation with the results. The whole process was very smooth and price was very reasonable.
We had a heating and air company technician come to our home to fix a home furnace issue. He said that a part is needed that is no longer available so as a result we needed to replace the furnace. Then we called Robbins Commercial HVAC to get a second opinion. The technician came and within minutes he had fixed the problem! Obviously we are extremely pleased with Robbins Commercial HVAC service.
My furnace went out on one of the coldest winter days and I immediately contacted Robbins Commercial HVAC, Inc. to check on it. They sent out their technician immediately and worked on the furnace swiftly. It was up and running within minutes and could not thank him enough times. Excellent service indeed!!

Update: Blake did call my work number at 10 am; all 3 attempts made to get them my cell number was before this time. 5.0 stars? I was excited when I was able to get an appointment so quickly with this outfit after reading all the raving reviews. Big let down. This was the first hvac I called but after calling several l came to realize what phone number you give them is important. Others made certain to obtain the number to reach me. I made 3 attempts to ensure that they had the correct number the last of which I called in am and spoke to a woman. That is when I found out they use the number to schedule their jobs; not the only ones I’m sure but others made an effort to obtain best number. I spoke to this woman at 9 am was told tech already picked up the ticket/job and I should hear from them soon but my window was from 12-2. I assumed that they might get to me sooner; unlike so many others I am not attached to my phone but thought under the circumstances I best keep it on me well after window came and went I called them. First, the man points out it’s 2:02 pm like no big deal. Then tells me the technician is almost done with current job but when he calls he will be 30 minutes away and I should “invite” him out...? The call came about 30 minutes later and I couldn’t understand a word he was saying probably some hands-free device once rectified he tells me he could come later but doesn’t have some part so couldn’t fix but he hadn’t even seen it. 5 stars and not even a courtesy call? Now, very suspicious of the reviews for Robbins Commercial.
