Jason from Rascher came to fix a seal leak and was incredibly efficient and very nice. He took the time to explain the details to me and fixed a few things I hadn't known about. Highly recommend Rascher and I will be using them again to install a water softener soon and any other plumbing/heating issues that come up with my new home!
Showed up at the appointed; time completed the service all the while respecting my home and property. I am very satisfied with with the completed job.

Tim was amazing! We’ve had weak water pressure in our shower for a couple months and finally got around to getting it fixed. Rascher had the most competitive pricing, and great reviews, so we decided to give them a try. Tim was able to get the job done with minimal impact to the walls. (Another place had said they’d need to remove large sections of wall in both bathrooms, including tiles. Tim used a small space and taped the drywall back in place so we can patch it up ourselves, rather than calling in another service!) After fixing all the pipes and shower, he checked our other faucets and managed to fix the pressure in them too! We always assumed we’d just have poor water pressure because our house is over 100 years old, but it’s amazing now! I’ve never been so excited about a shower or to have my husband do the dishes!! They also didn’t make us feel pressured into anything, which I appreciated. We will absolutely use them again!!
Jason did a great job. He was very polite and communicated very well what the issue was with our sump pump, what he did to fix the problem, and what we can do in the future to help prevent any issues.
Replaced garbage disposal , unclogged sink and replaced pipes under the sink.. Tim was very personable and explained what the problems were and what he was doing as he went along. I will use this company again and will refer friends.
We woke today to a broken, leaking water heater and Rascher plumbing sent someone by 11:30 to replace it. Timely work, reasonably priced and professionally completed. Great folks to work with!
Wonderful service. Gabe was on time for both appointments, super nice and very thorough. He fixed two leaky faucets and a leaky shower, and showed us where the problems came from. Totally recommended, we would hire them again in a second!

Jason replaced a leaking shut-off valve to my toilet and was very professional and helpful.
Our experience with Rascher was excellent. Getting an appointment was quick and Ed arrived on time. Ed evaluated the problem we had with our baseboard heat and knew exactly how to fix it. The repair was done to our satisfaction. We also mentioned a plumbing problem we had with a vintage water fixture. He called a co-worker who delivered the necessary parts and now that long term problem is fixed too! We would definitely use Rascher again. Plus Ed was a polite and nice guy!

Both our water connection from the house to the hose and flapper were not working properly. When Jason arrived, he listened to my problems and quickly fixed them both. He was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Rascher has serviced me many times and I have always been very pleased with their service! It's wonderful to have a business to call I know I can trust! My boiler started acting up on a sub-zero degree day, shortly before we were leaving for a trip. The friendly dispatcher at Rascher offered some useful troubleshooting advice over the phone, and scheduled a technician, Matt, who had experience working on the brand of boiler I have, to come the next day. Matt was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue.
Used Rascher to hook up a new dishwasher with odd plumbing I had in my older home. Gabe was very kind, helpful, and patient with all of my questions and Jennifer in scheduling was wonderful as well! Highly recommend and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.
Rascher replaced an old concrete laundry tub and reworked the plumbing in my laundry room to include a new standpipe and water hook up for the washer. It was a big job, and Jason and Caleb did great. I worked with Joe initially on estimates and advice about the job, and he was always so helpful and responsive. The results came out better than I expected, and I couldn't be happier!
