No one showed up for the appointment. When I called to check in, the phone number was unavailable. I had to call Premium Home Service to get a refund.
I could not believe how competent and efficient the team from Randall Heating and Air Conditioning was. They installed a whole AC unit within one day and the system is running efficiently. Their communication was fantastic all the way through. They were very impressed and will surely be recommending them to others.

Larry assessed our needs, suggested options, and provided a fair quote. The installers were courteous, professional and clean. When a problem arose a couple of days after installation, someone came out within an hour of my making the call. The problem was fixed and all is well. Thank you Randall Heating and Air Conditioning.
Larry and Antony completed my winter inspection. No pressure for new services. Explained the yearly service plans and helped me decide the best one for me. Both are very good technicians for Randall Heating and Air Conditioning. Would strongly recommend them to anyone in need.
