Called Prime heating and inquired about a service request. Was told there is a $139 service fee to come and quote, or a special promotion to become a member for a year with free quotes for $100. Set a time for the quote and let our mutual customer know what time frame the technician would come. Technician no showed. We received a call from our mutual customer upset. I called and followed up with prime heating and asked the receptionist why no communication and was told they can’t do the service or quote and when I asked for a refund and explained the poor service from prime heating they said no they can’t refund and hung up.
Referred to them by a friend, and she was very helpful. She offered me a service that I needed, and they did an amazing job! They were friendly, fast, and really did a great job at what they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Jeff did a fine job recommending equipment to replace my existing HVAC system, and provided an estimate promptly. Scheduling installation was easy and the crew installed everything in one day as promised. They were very professional and did a very clean and neat job. My only caveat is that Richards should provide an itemized invoice to be paid on the date of installation rather than much later and only after I had requested it. Overall I still give them 5 stars.
I called Prime Heating And Air Conditioning to come look at our AC which had stopped working. Jeff was at our house within 4 hours of my initial call. I was very impressed to say the least. He was polite and pleasant. Went about his work immediately and finished in a timely manner. Very pleased especially that the same guy was sent out to do annual checkup on equipment. Thanks so much!!
$300 service fee to show up is well above market, probably worth shopping around.
I came home this afternoon around 4p to find that my boiler was out and wouldn’t re-light. I called Prime, they dispatched a very helpful technician (Blake), and by 7:30p, my heat was back on, and Blake also showed me how to remove an unrelated blockage in my system. Excellent and fast service, much appreciated.
My AC went out on a hot summer afternoon and Prime Heating And Air Conditioning responded very fast. Their technician came over and fixed it and it started working immediately. He did an amazing job and I highly recommend him.

Called Prime Heating And Air Conditioning for the installation of a new furnace and they exceeded my expectation. The guys did the install and were very deliberate and not in a rush. They were more concerned with doing a good job and am thrilled they completed the install in a very reasonable amount of time. Very professional and clean job. Will recommend this company.
I called on a Tuesday morning and had someone at my house in the early afternoon the same day. All of my interactions with stewards both in person and on the phone were extremely remarkable. The specialist fixed us up, didn't overcharge, and didn't try to sell me anything. 5/5 Would recommend!!
I recently used Prime Heating And Air Conditioning for installing a new air conditioning unit. I had the pleasure work to work with Jim and not only was his prices reasonable, he was very efficient with his work! He installed the unit with in a couple hrs and was able to work around my schedule! I defiantly recommend this company to anyone in need.
