The technician from Newton HVAC & Refrigeration was very punctual. He checked everything very carefully and made some minor adjustments hoping to alleviate the small water drip problem. Took great care to explain what and why he was adjusting things. So far so good. I am very impressed with his work ethics. I am keeping his phone number for any future needs and for any recommendation.
Newton HVAC & Refrigeration sent a text with a pic of the technician. He arrived as scheduled, was very professional, personable and wore appropriate personal protective equipment including a mask and footies. I called this company for air conditioning repair and they were very professional, prompt, and honest. They came out immediately and had the problem fixed within an hour! I was so impressed!

I’ve been with Newton HVAC & Refrigeration for a year now. I’m glad I’ve made that decision cause I’ve had a few issues with my HVAC and they have been there to help. This last time I had Jeff. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain things to me. Thank you Jeff for helping me with my HVAC. Great job
Great customer service. Talking to the owner is like talking to a long time friend; very friendly and personable. Flexible scheduling and availability. Convenient payment plan for maintenance plans. Jeff was awesome yesterday- extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've been using this company for 3yrs and would recommend to anyone!
I do not recommended them. If I can give zero star review, I would. I had contacted them because of the great services and reviews but this was not true to me. I had an appointment between 9 am to 12 pm today when I had scheduled it through Sheila yesterday. I got a notification that the appointment was accepted. I waited past 12 pm for a call from the technician. When I called at 12:50 pm today, who I spoke with a different girl, she mentioned that the time was anywhere between 9 am and 1 pm. It's 10 minutes prior to 1 pm and I have not received a call from the technician for an ETA. I was told that they would call 30 minutes prior to coming out. The technician never called nor showed up at my house even after contacting them. I will not be needing any of their services and will look somewhere else. This was a very unpleasant experience and wasted my whole day waiting for nothing. I will be sure to leave a negative review about this. If this happens to me, who knows how many clients out there this is occurring to. They would have never known about this if I didn't call. Even when I had called, the ending result did not even change. It's 5:10 pm and yet no call from the technician. I was told that the technician cannot use their phone when they are on the job site or moving a vehicle. So how are they suppose to call me? Apparently, they don't call you nor care if they wasted a whole day of their client's time. I hope Newto HVAC & Refridgeration will improve their customer service from this example and be more responsible in following up with clients.
Newton HVAC & Refrigeration was on time, very professional and did a fantastic job. They showed my husband about cleaning the unit outside. They also took the time to clean the intake grills and the front of the unit. I consider this above and beyond the call of duty. Would hire them again.
The technician did a commendable job of explaining everything to me in detail. He was well informed and understands this services well. Will refer my friends or anyone with heating and cooling needs to him.
Newton HVAC & Refrigeration were courteous, efficient and very informative. Also they made sure that our carpet was covered and took care not to scratch walls as they carried up the old furnace from our lower level. Everything was protected while they worked and clean when finished. Both answered our questions and explained certain features. We were extremely impressed. Would highly recommend.

Responded to my call immediately. Scheduled an appointment on the same day and they called me when the technician was on his way to my house. He solved the problem very quickly.I was very impressed.
William was very knowledgeable about my boiler problem. After several prior diagnosis he figured out the problem and promptly fixed. I highly recommend Newton HVAC & Refrigeration. Great experience even staring with his wonderful receptionist
