MSP has been there for us when desperately needed, once when our furnace stored working in the middle of January and again now when our AC suddenly stopped. They got out quickly, identified the issue, answered all our questions and gave us great options for how to proceed. Joe Koch, the technician who came out, was very friendly, personable and polite. You can really tell he's interested in helping to get the problem fixed with the best option for your needs and budget. We would definitely recommend MSP for you plumbing or HVAC needs!

Jesse Ingalls did a great job explaining what he was doing and looking for during the maintenance checkup of our heat pump we use primarily for AC.
These people are terrible neighbors. My wife and I had to move because they and the scrap metal trucks they enable are constantly throwing junk and pallets around and idling their engines at all hours with no regard for their community even before noise is supposed to begin in the morning at 7am.
Our water heater started leaking yesterday afternoon, and I called a few places to find a technician to come take a look. MSP had an appointment scheduled for this morning within minutes of my call. Our technician was amazing--he walked us through everything, explained some of the overly-complicated St. Paul permitting requirements, and helped us schedule an HVAC tech to address some issues with our boiler. Fast, clean, great work. We will be using this company again!
Mike went above and beyond with our estimate and showed us step by step what the repairs would entail. He was also honest about what is easier and more difficult to repair, as well as the costs.
MSP was here today to check my ERV air exchanger. Apparently the city required some data from it. Like all my previous experiences with MSP, the service was first class. 2 Years ago MSP replaced my furnace and air conditioner with a Mitsubishi Heat Pump. It was a pretty big project and again everything was absolutely first class. When I had questions in the planing for it, they responded very, very quickly. It required considerable electrical upgrade and the electrician company they use was equally good. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needed their services
Thursday service: Knowledgeable, courteous, fast, service with integrity- Joe was an excellent technician for our A/C. He provided appropriate detail on the status of A/C, discussed options, and provided education. Overall, great experience! I’d work with Joe again! Second service: great service! Braeden serviced our A/C. He was courteous, knowledgeable, informative, performed a check of our a/c jnit coolant, motor, and cleaned the filter for us. First service: Routine maintenance service for water heater. Steven was professional, informative, and a pleasure to work with. He provided opportunities to view the diagnostic findings and discuss causes of issues and potential options to remedy these issues. With the service, he also inspected other points of plumbing and identified an issue with our garbage disposal, and gave an easy tip for fixing the toilet tank flap which had been leaking. He also wore a mask and shoe booties inside the home. He priced out our options and provided some timelines to think about future updates. Overall a great experience.
The service tech, Elliott was professional, courteous and patient with all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and even stopped back again for a minute to share a bit of additional info. Great first time experience!
Ben was very informative and thorough for our AC tune up. We received a phone call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He gave us pointers and tips on how to maintain our unit. Definitely will be using MSP Heating & Cooling again. Thanks!
Nick was very informative very nice answerd any and all question's I had very professional. Also told me about their maintenance plan which I signed up for and I might add good looking , I would highly recommend him and their company.
I had Heater and Air Conditioner replaced. Installation went great. Andy was on time and worked efficiently. Was done when they said he would be. He was very informative and pleasant.
MSP was wonderful to work with- specifically Bo. He was wonderful! Bo was on time, kind, and answered all of my questions. The same day service was also fantastic! I am normally someone who does not write reviews, but I would highly recommend MSP for all plumbing needs!
