Connor was very professional & personable. Appreciated his honesty & giving me my options which were reasonably priced. He tried to find another shut of valve by accessing the crawl space, but found no other water shut off valve. He did provide a temporary fix to the leak. He only charged me the $69 service fee. I will definitely use Connor’s services when ready to make a permanent fix.
McQuillan is always fast and amazing. Great service, transparent about their pricing options (with different packages to meet your needs) and they give great recommendations. I feel confident moving into my new house, knowing that McQuillan Bros will take care of what I need!
Andy was direct, positive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He put us at ease and offered tiered solutions so that we could figure out what we needed immediately versus what we could delay until we had more money.
The techs, Chris and Mike, were great. The first replacement water tank was defective, so they had to wait for another. The job took a lot longer than it should have. Throughout they were professional and courteous,
McQuillan was outstanding! Showed up same day we called and got our shower/toilet fixed quick! Very professional and nearly painless encounter…service was very reasonable! But it still cost money…not McQuillans fault though! Highly recommend!! Worth the $$$!
Justin was great! He was professional, understanding, and prompt. He was able to locate, diagnose, and fix our A/C issue quickly and had us back up and running in a few hours.
Technicians came to my home and could not diagnose the problem with the AC. The options for repair suggested were not guaranteed to fix the undiagnosed problem but came with absurd pricing. $2000 for a "hope it is only this" option, $5000 for a diagnostic test, and a larger estimate just to replace my current unit which is 5 years old. This company did not seem concerned with fixing existing issues, but only selling a new system at an obnoxious price. Very disappointing.
I have an older home with radiator heat. McQuillan put in an attic air conditioner and installed ductwork that ran through the closets. After years of struggling with window units, I now have central air. I could not have been happier with Shawn and his team. Every single person on that team knew their stuff, went above and beyond for courtesy, and helped complete the entire project in just a few days. Although it was a big project, the results are fantastic. Even the grates on the ceiling blend in with the style of the house, which is why I decided against mini-splits. From start to finish, my experience with McQuillan was great, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Derek , Logan & Griffen were at my house on Thursday, June 29th from about 8:30 AM until 5:00 !!!! They completed ALL the work that could have taken an extra half or whole day !!! They were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything they did (Derek) , very friendly & kind which I appreciate . It was great working with Derek & his crew. A wonderful experience for us !!!! What great employees!!!!
Jordan came to possibly replace a garbage disposal (a $900+ job) instead fixed the issue for $169. He was courteous, educational and quick. His name was not on the drop-down for McQuillan Bros survey response. He won my future plumbing business for McQuillan.
Brady was here today and did a great job of explaining the job. I currently required as well as something that would be important to have reviewed and fixed in the future. He gave me an estimate for both jobs and I really appreciated it.
New tank-less hot water system installed the day after the quote. The turnaround on this job was quicker than anticipated. Everyone was professional, responsible and efficient. UPDATE: I'm reducing from 5 to 3 (maybe should be lower) as they offer a Home Care Club for discounts and "free" service tied to the $12 / month club care. Once I called to schedule a "free" service they scheduled me for the following week, but then cancelled on the day the service was supposed to be performed. Boo. Then told me that the next available appointment was two months out as they are "all booked up". Seeing this as a precursor for any other "free" services I need, I just cancelled the Home Care Club. I probably won't be doing business with them anymore.
The technicians JOSH AND CRAIG did and excellent job on our drain problem. We live in an old house on the lake with lots of trees. They worked long and hard to figure out the problem and get the problem solved!! They were very friendly and professional ... We will definitely use them again!!!
I am a tenant so I have the ability to respond to the components not related to payment. Cyrus was great. He was on time, a good communicator, professional and worked effectively. I have a new toilet - basically, boom! Cyrus had installed it. A painless, easy,and pleasant experience.

We heard water running inside our wall just days before leaving for vacation. They showed up the same day and arranged for repair the following day. I will definitely call them in the future!
Tyler’s sunny disposition and expertise had my AC fixed and running in under two hours. He had everything needed for the job and was informative as to how to prevent the problem from happening again. Mice were the culprit!
Caleb was a wonderful technician. Very thorough and respectful. He helped walk me through everything and made me feel confident in what was going on. He taught me so much and walked me through each step to feel secure in understanding my system. He also advised about their maintenance plan for preventative annual care. I feel secure in knowing that someone will be looking at everything I don’t understand to help prevent issues if possible. Caleb did a FANTASTIC job.
AC went out and I was able to quickly get an appointment, and my AC replaced in a reasonable amount of time. All the technicians have been friendly and professional. Highly recommended
