I put in a service request. They said somebody would be showing up 9 to 11. Call back at 2:30, and the office did not put through the service request. So now I have elderly residents that ac is blowing out 80° air. If you're looking for a Tech to show up in a timely manner or when your appointment is set for good luck.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Gave the technician my lock box key code to enter my rental property and discovered that a month after the repairs (of which I was charged over $2,000 to replace a $70 drip pan) the technician was continuing to use my personal keys via my lockbox code to unlawfully enter the property.
This company is an absolute rip off!! I had them replace a broken fan in my Hvac unit. The fan cost $200 and the installation was $700. When the new fan broke again in short order I called to have them warranty it and they told me they did not warranty their work and to take it up with the manufacturer of the fan. I spoke with another Hvac company about having another new fan installed and they charged $200 for the new fan and $300 for labor. Harris Mechanical is the epitome of poor service and over pricing. STAY AWAY!! All of the positive reviews below with no description belong to employees of the company. A bunch of scam artists.
"THINK SAFETY" on the back of a truck, tailgating a Ford Taurus with less than 2 feet between them at 50mph. Very safe.
