Louis arrived on time at the beginning of the window. Told me exactly what the issue was and was fixed within minutes and house was cool super fast. Very professional and honest. Highly recommend using Louis and his team.
They did a great job of keeping me informed about what they were doing, and they got me out of a jam when I was in a bind. They did an awesome job of making sure the job was done right the first time, and they really helped me save money by finding the best option for my situation.

If you love no shows, then Empire Heating and Air is the place for you. They missed my appointment four times. On two occasions, they did manage to call several hours after the appointment was missed, so they had that going for them, which is nice.
Empire Heating & Air Conditioning team worked out great for us. The workers were friendly, quiet, and efficient, and contained the work really well—they protected our floors and garden. Louis worked with us on getting as small a unit as possible, which we really appreciated because our yard is so small. Highly recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning!

It started with the young lady that coordinated my appointment and proactively called when there was an unforeseen delay. He was punctual, polite, helpful and got the job done quickly. We are very happy with our new furnace. The service was excellent the guys worked 5 hours straight through and there was no mess at all. They were efficient, kept us in the loop during the entire process and cleaned up very well when done. Their prices are competitive & fair. We're planning on using them for a home AC later this year.

I have worked with a variety of heating and cooling companies in the past and Ken has been the best technician hands down. He explained everything clearly and made it easy to understand. Their communication is clear, and there is no up-sell. Customer service is the best I've experienced in a LONG time. Ken stayed in contact with me via text throughout the day as he finished up a previous job and was on the way to my house. I have found my AC company!
Our basement furnace had stopped working and our upstairs furnace had lived a long life. They inspected our furnaces and on his expert advice we decided to replace both of them. Ken and Robert installed two new furnaces and a humidifier. They did an excellent job! They are efficient workers! I would be glad to work with them again.

Their techs are kind, respectful and always willing to answer my questions, and their pricing is in line with others, if not more competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Our air condition unit went out in a hot day. It was after hours when I called Empire Heating & Air Conditioning and left a message for them to call me. The next morning we got a call from the office.They went out of their way and worked around my wife's timetable to have a specialist at our residence. He checked the unit and gave us a couple of alternatives for repair. He was competent and did a meticulous job. The best!!
