If we were able to give more than 5 stars, Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning would have deserve the highest available. We would like to say thank you to the whole team. You guys did a great job installing our new 18 AC system. Not only did you guys did a great job, but the Owner also did a superb job in explaining the pros and cons of different systems and brands, which helped us making the decision for the system we chose.
They were wonderful! The technicians were on time and very professional. They did everything they said they would do, and my furnace is working better than ever! I would definitely recommend this company!

They are very professional and prompt. It's nice to be able to call them whenever I need something done and know that they'll get back to me quickly and fix whatever problem I have. They are also flexible with scheduling, which is another plus!

Called them because I needed an air conditioner repaired, and they were able to come out the same day. They were very nice and professional, and they did a great job!
This is the worst company I ever encountered with in my life. I have them to come and fix my furnace. They replaced the whole furnace and did not get it done up to the city code. The technician did not take to old furnace, not even take it out of the old gas line yet, it is still hanging in there with the old gas line. Also, there is not screen or filter for the new furnace. Two days ago, the city fire inspector came and said it is not up to code and because the technician did not do a good job so there is gas leaked as well so the city fire inspector shut off the gas line and there is no heat for two (2) days already. We tried to call them, and they scheduled someone for yesterday, but no one showed up and we do not have heat for two (2) days already. I just googled them again and knew that this is not an actual company and an actual location. They are acting as a contractor company so once you call them, they will have someone as a technician out there to come your place and do it for them. They also collected your $150 as a member as well so every time you need service, they will come to you first as a member and will not charge you for the time of estimation or diagnose for every time they come to you. I used them because when I first looked at the google their physical office seems to be close by. After all of this situation, I drove to their office which in google said very close to my location, but there was no such company name like that. It is only Cup Food, instead. The next thing I will do is to report them to the Small Business Bureau and file a complaint to the city of Saint Paul department of Commerce. My location is a business, too cold in here my employees cannot perform their job and we are losing business. Not only, that they will receive a letter from my Attorney. Your company is not deserved even a one star if I have a choice.
My technician was excellent. We had another guy come in from another company three days before and after supposedly fixing the problem and coming out again, we were still having the same issue three days later. The Bryan’s tech figured out the issue in about two minutes. He was very through. Our unit was calling off in no time! We finally had a good night’s sleep after about four nights!!! They were reasonable too!
I mean the guy who came did help me solve the problem but he didn't put my stuff back together. Now I have screws just laying around.
Juan was on time, professional, and provided a very thorough overview of our AC's condition upon arrival, the work he completed, and assurance that the AC was in great shape. Juan did a wonderful job when we hired him 2 weeks ago. The A/C went out, and he managed to fix it correctly in less than one hour. His pricing was fair and was very honest. I will not hesitate to refer more clients to him and recommend!!
What a breath of fresh air to find an honest company I highly recommend this company verse the other big competitors. The knowledge that this company has out wights any other I dealt with before . We needed a new coil in our air conditioner, cool air did the work all in one day so we didn't have to be without air during the night. The workers answered all questions and explained the difference of cleaning or replacing the coil and the price. I would call them again if I needed any more work to be done

Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning saved me out on a hot weekend morning. Their professional, was punctual, dedicated and competent and he had us back up and functioning faster than I ever would have imagined possible. I've been using Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning for my furnace and swamp cooler maintenance for a very long time. I recently had an outage with my swamp cooler during the very hot period in June. Although, their schedule was very backed up, an appointment was made in the next day to get my swamp cooler working.
Juan was very knowledgeable and thorough. She spent over an hour on a routine seasonal HVAC system check, including safety checks, cleaning the condenser and checking pressures. As an engineer, I particularly appreciated her taking the time to explain the technical details of what she was doing and why it was important. I will be asking for Juan specifically for all future service. Thank you.
