We had another service company out at least 4 times the previous week with no results. We called Apex Heating & Cooling and our problem was diagnosed in less than 30 minutes. Duncan returned within 90 minutes with the part needed to fix our AC. I'm glad I used Apex Heating & Cooling and will use them for all future HVAC issues.

Duncan and Tom from Apex Heating & Cooling installed two new furnaces and humidifier, they showed up promptly and finished the job on time, they did excellent job. Very efficient and knowledgeable, provided excellent information, explained everything in detailed manner and answered all our questions, they were very professional and friendly. We are very happy with the service they provided and for sure we will recommend them.
Excellent and prompt same day service. Tech texted photo ID prior to arrival, then called with 30 minute window. When coming inside my home, wore protective booties on his shoes. Provided fair estimate for work needed to restore A/C to proper function. Apex Heating & Cooling has now become my go to company for all future service!
We had our AC tune up this morning with Apex Heating & Cooling. We’ve been using them for years now. The service tech, Duncan was courteous, helpful and expeditiously diagnosed a whistling sound coming from our unit. He worked swiftly and extensively. I’d recommend them for your regular tune ups and for any purchases related to HVAC. Approved!!
I’m totally impressed with Apex Heating & Cooling. The service and installation for my new furnace & air conditioner was easy and stress free. It was installed on the second day of order and took a full day to install and I comfortable sleep that night. I’m so happy.
Dan is an outstanding service professional. I hired him because he was the only one available on Sunday when my furnace broke down. He went beyond what is expected of him and not only got our unit running but explained everything he did. If you want to fix your cooling and heating problems, you need to call Apex Heating & Cooling!
Duncan has been out to our house multiple times. He does a great job explaining issues. He is very friendly and very efficient. We are always happy to see him show up. Also very satisfied with the annual service plan, and the air conditioning unit Apex Heating & Cooling, installed has performed great over the years.
We are very pleased with our choice to use Apex Heating & Cooling.The install involved rerouting gas, new install of venting, rework of electrical and reinstall of our humidifier. Everything looks great and we can tell they took the time to plan it all out and do it right. Like some other things, we wish we had done it sooner. Great job guys.
