The technician was wonderful! Very personable and kind, did an amazing job making sure that our vents and ducts and surrounding areas were properly cleaned, sanitized, and put back together once finished! I highly recommend him and “Philip's" to anyone and everyone- we didn’t realize how bad our ducts were until he came in and showed us photos of before and after the cleaning. Thank you so much for making sure the air in our home is breathable again! Thank you for the best air duct cleaning experience.

I never leave reviews but I literally just got off the phone with the receptionist and the guy was super rude. He ended the call abruptly and seemed annoyed by my questions. If your like that in the beginning, what's to say how you'll act while performing the service. Very disappointed
So I decided to NOT do business with this company due to very poor communication skills and follow up. I initially called in, explained my furnace issue. I called back to setup an appointment, but wanted to speak with the initially individual so I didn't have to repeat myself. The second person made it sound like they were sitting right next to the first and I was told he would call me back in 5 minutes. They never called me back. No my initial thought was move on and find another vendor, but I called back. I spoke to a third individual who informed me that the first was not available, and that they would call me back. Due to the delay and lack of follow up I was now unable to get a regular call by the tech, and it would have to be after hours. I told the third it wouldn't be necessary as I would be taking my business else where, and to give this feedback or don't give the feed back to your supervisor, manager, and or owner. And that if any of them would like to have this discussion I would be more than happy to have it. I also told them that I would be stopping by here to provide a review of their poor service. I will never be recommending this company to anyone, I will also make an effort and take the time to tell anyone who is willing or needing to listen as to why I shall not ever recommend them. We are new home owners, and they could have easily had earned themselves a new customer for a very long time in the future. Instead they get a 1 star review, and me flaming this site, Yelp, and Google. Philip's? Thanks for keeping my family in the cold for a unnecessary night....you ROCK!
Got a sub-contractor to come to my house. $150 and the guy was gonna charge $600 a pound for adding coolant. Quick search showed he was way over priced. I think he should have came in at a good price point instead of high prices. Not selling the luxury branch by any means. UPDATE: I had a Centerpoint guy here checking my AC and he tested the coolant. My unit turned out to be totally full. Called back Philip's to tell them the guy they sent out had no idea what he was doing. Tried to get my $150 trip fee back as well. No luck there. Watch out for these guys. Sub-contractors can be shiesty!
The tech did a great job. He changed some filters, installed a thermostat to my Heat Pump and gave me a quote for adding a humidifier to the system. We couldn’t be happier with Philip's Heating And Air Conditioning. I interviewed everyone - the pricing and the ongoing professional support has been exceptional. I’m so glad I chose them.
I am an investor and have yet to work with a contractor who was so professional. He was on time, charged me what he said he was going to charge, and finished when he said he would finish. Also, he did not disappear after the job was complete. He is still there after the job is done, for any aftermath issues that may result. I would recommend him any day of the week and will use Philip's Heating And Air Conditioning again for any HVAC service.
Requested AC to be installed last year in June and has been working great with no problems. Had the furnace blower gone bad and immediately contacted them due to their vast knowledge in the field. Furnace motor was replaced alongside the radiator and no issues since with the furnace. Well recommend them to family and friends! Thank you Philip's Heating And Air Conditioning Team for the prompt responses and quick turn around of the installations.
Called and requested air conditioner diagnostic and repair. They set a 2:15 to 5:15 arrival time and quoted a diagnostic fee. 1.5 hours later, they called to cancel the appointment. Backed out of the appointment leaving less time to find anyone else leading into the weekend. Very unprofessional.
I had Philip's Heating And Air Conditioning install an AC unit 2 years ago and it's been running great since. But what's been best is there follow up service. I've had them come out for a few small things here and there and they have always been professional and the price has been decent. Highly recommend them. Look no further!!
Philip's Heating And Air Conditioning are consistently great—always on time, if not a little early. They're always really easy to communicate with and respectful of my home and schedule. I especially appreciate the time every single person from their takes to thoughtfully answer my questions and educate me about the work and equipment. We had Philip's Heating And Air Conditioning install our new furnace and I have to say compared to other contractors we have had work on our home they definitely stand out with there professionalism. They follow up with you every year to make sure everything is working good and offer inspections. Very easy company to work with, would highly recommend.
Philip has been servicing our furnace for the past 3 years. He has also done some duct work for us. We find him to be conscientious, competent and reliable. We highly recommend him. Our only regret is not having found him early enough.

Philip was extremely dedicated. He took the time to clarify the issues that he found and show me the evidence on his tools and the equipment he was servicing.
