pleased with the work they performed! My apartment's air conditioner has been acting up for a long, and it was starting to bother me. They responded to my call and arrived the following day. They immediately rectified it and didn't overcharge me either!

Great reasonable price had a guy come out here yesterday for my furnace . He fixed it right away with a new motor installed and diagosed it right away .
Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning came out recently for a regular HVAC check and to replace a specialty filter that my system takes. Everything went very well. The technician noticed a damper on my system and suggested that it be placed in the half position during winter months to allow more heat to reach the second floor. He thus adjusted it and the result was excellent. Thank you.

Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning installed a garage furnace this week for me. Both of the techs were friendly, helpful and competent. They also did a furnace check-over on the new system they installed 2 years ago, which was a good experience also. I've recommended them to others for furnace/AC installations and they also had good experiences.
Decided to use Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning based on their online reviews and I was not let down! Our technician today was Alex and he knew precisely what he was doing, was very polite and helpful, and gave a great tutorial of our new system. Was overall very impressed with their services and would surely recommend them!!
Our service tech was great and has serviced our house in the past. We had two appointments yesterday - one last visit at our old house and initial visit at our new home. Both systems checked thoroughly and efficiently. Wouldn't mind having Jeff as our go-to tech for all future maintenance checks.

Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning techs were amazing! What started as just a furnace certification turned into a full replacement. They had the new furnace installed in less than 2 hours, right before a blizzard. So impressed by their customer service and attention to detail. We will definitely use them again!! Thanks guys!
Jeff came out and explained everything that was wrong with my A/C. What I appreciated the most was he didn't try to up sale us. He got the job done and got our AC up and running and explained to me how to get a few more years out of it. When it's time to get our A/C replaced, the only company I'll call is Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning. They're the technicians I can trust.
Overall service was fantastic. They did a great job installing both HVAC and Furnaces without any issue. The techs were extremely friendly and hardworking. Jeff came to our house at around 7:30p m to provide us with a quote right away. They installed both units within 2 days of meeting Jeff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance or replacements.
Jeff was outstanding, knowledgeable, hardworking, polite, friendly and overall very professional. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I know he still had several customers to see, but he made me feel that he had the time for me and my questions and did not rush me. Excellent Service.
Could not be happier with the quality of service that Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning provided. It is hard to find a good contractor who will do a quick and great job and still give you a good deal like they did to me during the installation of two HVAC units! Jeff was extremely professional and very pleasant and easy to work with. I called their office and they answered promptly and set up an appointment for furnace installation. The installation was done the next day by Alex and Tony and they explained everything professionally, and patiently answered all questions and helped me pick the right furnace. I would strongly recommend Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning for heating and cooling needs in my home.
