Great experience with Titan Heating & AC. Kyle and his crew were professional, prompt and great communicators. We are pleased with our experience.
My AC stopped working overnight and when I called that morning we scheduled for the next day. Not long after they called back saying they had an opening that day. The tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and replace the broken parts. All in all in took less than an hour. Tech was extremely friendly and explained each step he took while doing the repair and instructed me on how to properly maintain the AC.
The technician was thorough and fast. He explain what he did and made sure i understood. He even took the time to answer questions I had about my A/C not related to the work he did.

I’ve become increasingly hard to please as I get older. I’ve also had a significant amount of average, and well below average, experiences with heating and cooling outfits over the years. A friend of mine told me about Titan Heating and Cooling. Kyle from Titan is actually over qualified, but being a part owner, being overqualified is a good thing. Kyle’s schooling and designations in the trade are invaluable. From his responsiveness, to professionalism and follow through, I’m beyond impressed. I’ll never use another heating and cooling company as long as I live in the twin cities!! I can’t believe I’m as impressed and happy as I am. On top of that, they rep Rheem, the best equipment out there. I can’t even critique Kyle or the entire process. Literally flawless. Congrats Titan for having your little world all figured out. Kyle did an incredible job. Our heat went out overnight, they were able to come to our house the next day and found the issue and fix it. Could not recommend Titan more.
Extremely satisfied with the service provided. Kyle was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Had our failing furnace replaced along with a new thermostat installed. Kyle and Lane we're thorough, informative, timely and respectful and did an amazing job on the install. Kyle is a master of his craft, you could tell he loves what he does, and really cares about providing great service with honesty. Will be using Titan for all our HVAC needs.

Kyle showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with the AC unit in our rental property. He was super friendly and explained everything he was doing. Our AC was back up and running in 45 mins at an affordable cost. I highly recommend Titan - a small, local company staffed by great people that does great work!

Absolute professionalism. Kyle was fantastic, on time [even early] for our scheduled time frame and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in our dinosaur of a furnace in no time at all. There was very little cost involved and he even took the time to explain all of the options that we will have when we do need to replace the furnace. Thank you for the great service!
