The air conditioning maintenance service was excellent. Will made sure everything was maintained correctly and took the time to explain everything he was doing along with many things about the air conditioning unit that we did not know. I highly recommend Abbott Heating & Cooling company.
Reliable, trustworthy company. We've had them install heaters and air conditioners in our home, and they've also helped us with other big projects at our home like replacing our roof, siding, and more. They're always responsive to our calls and emails, and they have great prices on their services.

Abbott Heating & Cooling did a great job! We had initially scheduled a visit for a few days out, but they called letting me know they had an earlier appointment available. They were on-time, friendly, professional, and were able to help with the issue we had. Additionally, they helped us understand how our heat pump system worked so we felt more comfortable with a system that we fully understand its operations. I would definitely recommend them.

We asked Abbott Heating & Cooling for second opinion on repairs another company said we needed to have on two properties. The Abbott Heating & Cooling service person said we did not need these repairs thus saving us over $2000. We will certainly use them if our air conditioner needs maintenance or repair in the future.

Ben and his team removed all of the old source venting for my furnace to improve the ceiling clearance in our basement, changed the return sources, and added a vent to a room that was previously unheated. They arrived promptly, quoted competitively and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I would not hesitate recommending Abbott Heating & Cooling for all heating and cooling needs.
I have been using Abbott Heating & Cooling for the past year for my furnace, a/c and boiler. Getting an appointment is simple. They steadily show up on time, work expeditiously, and clean up when they are done.They explain their recommendations for service very openly and their charges are valid. Abbott Heating and cooling sent two techs to diagnose my furnace and neither tech had any idea what they were doing. They were on the phone the whole time being told what to do by someone, assuming another tech. They left without giving us an answer on why our furnace is not running. Even though they did not know, they still made us pay $150 diagnosing fee. Called another company out, and the problem was figured out in 15 mins.
I was having problems with my furnace this fall. I had called Abbott Heating & Cooling to do some work on my air conditioner in the spring and Ben was very friendly and helpful. So, when I had issues with my furnace, I called them again. My unit was pretty old and I needed a new furnace.They called me promptly that day and I was able to get a new unit in and working the next day. Ben did a great job on the install. It looks great, works great and they were really neat and clean on the install. Thanks.
Sent an inquiry last week about furnace repair. Ben called a few minutes after sending the inquiry to schedule an appointment. The crew came out the following day and made the repairs. What a great service and work. I highly recommend and will call them first for any more home repairs.
Had my older unit serviced by Abbott Heating & Cooling and was completely satisfied with the service. The technician seemed to be very knowledgeable and well trained repairmen and extremely courteous. He got the unit in a fully working order and explained all the issues he rectified.Will use again.
