Technicians are always professional and friendly. They explain everything about the numbers they get from your AC to you in ways that everyone can understand. They also text you a picture of your technician before arrival so you know who you’re answering the door to. Highly recommended.

Called these guys because I had an AC problem. They came out the same day, got me in touch with the right people to help me fix my problem, and even fixed it for half of what I was quoted. The whole experience was great, and I'd definitely use them again.

Excellent, friendly, responsive service! I couldn’t be happier with the company, from customer service representatives to the service technicians. They are extremely responsive and stay in communication from the first request until after resolution, and the tech even arrived a few minutes earlier than the given window after calling and making sure I was available. Kyle came out within three hours to check out the broken water heater. The next morning, they were able to install a new one for me. It was installed by William, who did an AMAZING job. This company is fantastic. They're the only ones I'll ever use!

They were courteous and professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. They also assisted me in locating and filing Xcel rebates in order to save money on my system. Called on a Friday and John came out on Saturday morning and looked at the unit to see the problem. He described the problem, had the solution to fix and scheduled a time on Monday morning to come out to fix. He arrived on time and had the unit fixed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend it to others.

This is one of the best in the business. Heard about them and decided to give them a call when my a/c unit went down. They quickly gave me a quote and the installation was done within a few days. I highly recommend them if you needed an a/c unit replaced.

The diagnostic technician and his assistant did an outstanding job! The technician was quick and explained the problem. We had decided to install a new system and he explained what was best available for us. They were punctual, careful, and seemingly very knowledgeable about how to disconnect our old system and install the new one. They really deserve five stars!
I recently needed to place a service call when my heat pump wasn't putting out warm air. Everyone that I interacted with, from the person who took my request on the phone through to the person who came to my house, was professional and seemed to genuinely be interested in ensuring that I had a good experience. Mike, the service technician, worked diligently to identify the issue, fix the problem, and explain to me what was needed.
Never showed for service on the originally scheduled service date, also never communicated that they would not be showing. It’s been almost 6 days and I’m still waiting on them. Called customer service and they are clueless, was told I’d get a call from a manager - never happened. Don’t waste your time.
Gordon's Heating And Cooling came for a Spring check-up and discovered two leaks. Recommendation was to replace the system. Our landlord approved. They came back today and installed the new system. They were kind and quick. In and out with system testing all in 3 hours. They also took care of a quick noise issue in one of the ducts - easy fix but nice of them to do it.
Was just stood up by this company for the 3rd time! Twice it was scheduled as an emergency appointment. What a joke.
