The technician arrived as scheduled and completed a full A/C service. He answered my questions about the controller and did a full reboot to resolve my issues. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service for installation and service.
My kitchen sink backed up due to sludge in my drain pipe and my old rusted pipes needed to be replaced with PVC piping. The plumbing job was quite challenging but Gordon's was awesome and fixed the problem He cleared the pipes and I would give him 10 stars if I could
Great experience with this HVAC company, thanks to the excellent work of the technician, Dave. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Dave took the time to explain everything he was doing and what was causing the issue with my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work, which he completed in a timely manner. The Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service team did a phenomenal job! The whole team, from the first call to the sales visit to installation was absolutely professional and very well handled. The team kept me up to date on the process and delivered exactly what was promised. Thanks to the whole Gordon's team!
I took a look at the website, and they had everything I needed in one place. It was easy to find the parts I needed, and they had great customer service! The technician that came out was also very nice. They were able to fix my AC within a few hours of arriving on-site, which was great!
Gordon's is presently batting 0 for 3. They told me someone would be here Thursday at 1pm; no call, no show. I called their office around 2:30, they said they'd check into it, and didn't call me back. I called again at 4:00, waited on the line while they checked into it, and they said I should sit tight and someone would be out soon. At 4:30, I got a call from a contractor who said he'd just been assigned the job, and could we schedule it for Friday. Ok, we schedule for Friday at 11am. Again, no call, no show. At about 2pm, I called and told them to figure out what time they could actually get someone here and let me know, because I can't afford to sit around for days on end waiting for them. It's Monday at 2:30pm, and they haven't called with an arrangement. If I treated my customers like this I wouldn't have any customers. This is beyond unprofessional.
Fast service -- even in August! The cost of replacing a circuit board in our air conditioner was $550 with Gordons compared to $2300 with Hero Plumbing and Heating. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others. Freddy the technician was so helpful and knowledgable.
Simply spoke on the phone. They charge a service fee of $79 for a estimate on a furnace sale. I was shocked then got hung up on. They done deserve anyone’s money with that kind of service!
From the initial visit establishing the purchase contract to the impeccable installation service to the supervisory and third party inspection, the experience was top notch. Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service representatives were skilled, considerate and friendly! Five Stars all the way!!
Called Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service after a disappointing experience with my former A/C contractor leaving me for days without service. They scheduled my visit promptly, sent a tech who understood the unit and issues, and effected a repair and good advice for continued uninterrupted operation of my home unit. You'd be hard pressed to make a better selection for your home HVAC needs.
Mike was on time and very courteous. He made me feel comfortable with his knowledge and gave me a good sense of his reliability. Would welcome him as a service technician. Our old fireplace produces the perfect amount of heat.

I now have had my AC unit replaced by Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service and as usual they are timely, efficient and clean. They always follow through with all concerns. I highly recommend this company. I have gone with others and eventually have to go back and have them replace and do it right. Highly recommended.
Superior service from Mike! The scheduling team was super helpful to make sure all of the work could be done in one afternoon and took great care to explain all that was being done. Never pushy and always friendly, they instructed me on some tips and tricks to extend the life of my furnace and central air unit!!
Mike is a very kind and hard working guy. He did a perfect job at a reasonable price within a short time frame. He replaced our aging and broken air conditioning system. There is no any other completion that has occurred from the installation of the new system We are satisfied and will use them again.. I highly recommend him!
Outstanding service.My AC unit was not working and they came out the same day after I called them. Their technician was very professional and friendly. He solved the problem and explained to me about my system. I would highly recommend them to any person.

Our air conditioner wasn't working and Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service was able to come out instantly to fix it. They provided up-front pricing estimates, so we had an idea of what to expect, which we really appreciated. Mike was polished and dedicated. Strongly recommend!!
