I loved everything about this company - the service, the honesty and integrity and the workmanship. When I called they immediately answered the phone and made the appointment for the very next day for me. They repaired my unit within several hours and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I will only call Jenkins Heating and Cooling LLC from now own for all of my AC/Heating needs.
My AC died right as it's starting to heat up so I got a couple of quotes before deciding on working with Jenkins Heating and Cooling. James and Nick are very professional. They care about making a customer instead of pushing a sale. They got straight to work, troubleshot the problem, and my AC was up and running with in 30 minutes after they started. They even installed a new Nest Thermostat, set up the device and walked me through it. Fantastic work ethic and clean! We called and they promised to come for service air conditioner and did not show up for two days. after two days promising schedules and ended up not showing up for repair. made false promises to come for the rep[air left us hanging for two days
Poor customer service, did not adhere to mask protocol, charged the incorrect amount, lack of communication about issue from technician, escalated my experience to management, they refused to remedy anything including the incorrect billed amount. Would not recommend.

A professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff and technicians. Not only did they do a great job of installing the new furnace but when we called with concerns they answered all our questions very nicely. Great follow up too. I would absolutely recommend for anyone HVAC issues!

Very professional and friendly from quotation to installation and follow-up. Installers were great, hardly left a footprint in the yard, let alone the house, despite the incredibly inclement weather. They did leave behind a very cleanly installed air conditioner though . And the peace of mind offered with their service plan and warranties is amazing. Have already recommended to friends.
Jenkins Heating and Cooling is a superior company, they helped us replace our aging heater. They gave us honest opinions rooted in detailed facts about what how and what we were to do and got involved deeply until we now have a nice heating system that keeps us warm regardless of the room we may be in. Jenkins Heating and Cooling LLC have come out and done a few projects for my house. They are fantastic! I won't be using anyone else for HVAC needs. They are ever punctual and polite, very reasonable and deliver beyond expectation. They are the only people I call now when I have heating and cooling needs.
