The technician Ivan was incredibly unbelievable !!! Ivan diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, had the parts on the truck, and had me back up and running within 2.5 hours. Incredible service. EVERYONE out there - PLEASE use this company. You will not be disappointed.
The company alerted me when the service provider was on his way. The tech was great. He found out the furnace problem quickly. He walked me through all of my options and explained them in detail. There was no sales pressure, and he made sure I understood everything before he started on the work. He will definitely be the only one I ask for in the future. I would recommend Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs!
If I could give more stars, I would. Awesome company, awesome employees. Our thermostat stopped working and Mike quickly identified and resolved the issue! He also taught me a lot about how ACs work, which was cool! Mike was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional.
They swiftly resolved my issue, offered excellent prices, and were incredibly attentive. I only wish I could recall their names so I could express my gratitude to each and every one of them!

I hoped to hire a local company - this was not really the case in my opinion. This place is run by a Chicago parent company with with a local affiliates throughout the Midwest. They tried to charge us a 300% mark-up on parts, hidden T&M costs; we had several conversations with their "office" which was called a different name each time: "Premium Home Service", "JJ Services", etc. from some "MN Number". I was so confused, I reviewed my call history just to be sure I called the right place! Additionally, they tried to get me to sign up for a loyalty program (to waive the $125 mobilization fee which was deceptively called service fee on my initial conversation); very glad I did NOT sign up. Perhaps the local technicians from "Marshall" are great, but my experience with the corporate side was not; I will NOT be using this company again.
I called to possibly replace my water heater and get an estimate. George came the next day and was such a friendly guy. He explained to me what i needed and how it would work. He offered a payment plan also very reasonable. I definitely recommend Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning company!
Punctual, clean, no work is done beyond the scope of intended work without an explanation and no pressure to sell you anything that isn’t warranted. Just the way a good solid business should be. Highly recommend their services.
After finding out that our whole heating and cooling system needed to be replaced we had them out to do the upgrade. They did an amazing job from top to bottom. Let me watch them work and asked all my questions. At the end they showed us the ins and outs of the new systems. I would recommend Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone!
I called and received same day service, the technician was knowledgeable and patient. He was able to explain what was wrong with my ac in a way I could understand. He explained my options thoroughly. I felt comfortable with his assessment and advice. Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning is a great customer oriented company.
The furnaces on my rental property went out this winter. Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning called the tenant directly and worked with her schedule. They were very professional and had both furnaces fixed the same day. They also scheduled my A/C tune-up so I don't forget this Spring!

So thrilled with everyone we have worked with at Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning. When another company pressured me into thinking our furnace was broken, they sent someone to give me a third opinion and located the problem was a broken fuse. Antony the specialist is a professional and a delight to work with. I endorse them to family and friends whenever I can!!
The owner was very kind, not pushy at all. Then we scheduled the appointment to have a new roof top evaporative cooler installed, and cleaning and maintenance done on the furnace. The technician was very efficient, and meticulous in his work. Great company and will definitely do business with them again, and refer them to my family and friends!
I don't usually write reviews, but I had an incredible experience. On a recent 90+ MD Saturday night, my air conditioning went out. First thing the next day, I called anyone who would take my call and Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning was quick to schedule a 2-hr window of time for me on a Sunday. The best call ever. You have my business, simply amazing!!
The appointment was set, information was provided on the technicians arrival. Specialist came in figured out the hitch, He provided a recommendation and gave me a price. Elected to proceeded and technician procured the parts and completed repairs promptly. Well, Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning may not be the cheapest HVAC in the market but they will definitely get job done right!!
