Dawson of ASP Inc has been our go to supplier of diagnostic and maintenance plumbing support and we really appreciate his knowledge.

An electrician came to change a dryer outlet. The appliance delivery people did not connect the vent. The electrician went above and beyond to help me get the dryer fully operational and I so appreciate his kindness and willingness to go the extra step.

We had Tollerud heating and cooling come out for a central air problem. He was polite and helpful in answering all my questions. We had the problem sorted in about an hour and a half. Highly recommend them. We have had them cover all our hvac needs for over 15 yrs now.

Originally misdiagnosed my plumbing leak saying “there’s no plumbing there”. They didn’t even look for more than 2 minutes. I knew it was the plumbing so I had to turn the water off to my house and call them back where they finally spent time to figure out the problem. They did no charge me for the 2nd time they came back which was appreciated. We decided to redo the entire plumbing in our house instead of fixing the one leak. They were prompt and did the house is a couple of days. I went to use my outdoor faucet a little while later and it was completely frozen over. I called and they said they would come look at it. They said whoever installed it didn’t get the pitch right and it was tilted back towards the house so the water wasn’t draining out and that’s why it froze. They said they put a couple shims in it but if that didn’t work they would have to come back and drill a new hole. It didn’t work so I called again. They came back and redid their work. Again a couple months later I had the same issues so I called and asked if they could look at it. The man I spoke to got snippy with me and said “we can’t keep coming back to look at this” they did end up coming that day and torched the outside faucet to get it unfrozen burning the entire plastic around the faucet and even part of my house. I called to complain and they said they would have a manager call me. I haven’t heard anything in a couple months and was just going to leave it alone until today when I tried to use it again and it’s spraying and leaking everywhere because of how much they burnt it. I called and left a message but I don’t have much hope in this company. I don’t usually write reviews but this has been a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend them.

They're a very good company. Extremely professional and ) work. I have hired them once for a major plumbing repair project. Once for remodeling upgrades and a swap out of a bad radiator register. Then, I hired their subsidiary company (Lakeview Masonry) to install a woodstove chimney. They're a little more pricey, but with certain things, you get what you pay for. I was buying peace of mind. Sometimes, you save a little money and end up fixing it twice

ASP replaced my water heater/boiler mate. Everyone whom I connected with from ASP was kind, professional, and timely. I received exceptional service that far surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of home repairs.

Had a tree fall, tearing my meter boxes off my house and without power for 2 weeks, they immediately came and got me an estimate. They have been amazing to work with. They worked with me on payments to get my electric repaired as soon as they could. Fighting with home owners insurance and the people at ASP where extremely helpful and kind. I decided to have a cold climate heat pump installed early last spring because MN Power had a rebate offer and our A/C unit needed replacing after 2021. We got the installation mostly completed but electrical needed to be installed. I wasn’t getting returned phone calls but when my husband called and caught them off guard, it was done shortly after. I have spoken with people 2 different times in the office and they promised they would look into the rebate issue but this NEVER happened. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the unit that was delivered was larger than what was ordered and they still honored the price of the smaller. They got their full payment after I withdrew from my 401k but never delivered on the rebate I could have gotten from MN Power.

Wade did a repair on our water heater. We highly recommend this company. They got out to our home and came back later in the day with the parts needed to fix things. Wade went out of his way to make sure we received great service

Very efficient and knowledgeable technician who was able to trouble shoot the air flow issue on our furnace and get it resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Hired ASP to replace old galvanized pipes with PEX. Had a crew of 3 come out and do the whole job in a single day. They were extremely professional and courteous. All of the new water lines look solid, are well secured, and they installed convenient shut off valves in easy to reach locations. Very low impact on the house in terms of mess or noise, they just went to work and did their thing and cleaned up after. They even went so far as to troubleshoot a water flow issue in the shower, ran out to pick up a new supply line, and carefully cleaned out the old fixture to make sure it worked as expected. Very happy with the work, very impressed by the crew, will continue to call on them for future projects.

ASP came out and helped us in an emergency with our electrical. They were completely awesome to deal with. I used the chat feature from the option Google gave. It was great!

Joe and Leland were our service plumbers here to replace a kitchen faucet. All of the above held true with both. On a scale of 1-10 I would give each of them a 14!!!! We were very impressed with their personality and professionalism on the job. Nice to see young men working so well and efficiently as well as detailed. It went a long way with us and we look forward to having you do our work in the future should there be a need. Casey just left after replacing a heating element in our electric boiler. He and Tyler were here on February 15 doing the maintenance on the electric boiler and the off peak gas boiler. In both visits we found them to be very professional and on task. Casey even went to Silver Bay to get a tool in order to finish the work efficiently. He also made sure all of our questions were answered. Once again we were very pleased with work done and will continue to do business with you. We are also impressed with the staff taking our phone calls. Juanita, Abby, Michael, just to mention a few if not all. Keep up the good work ASP. In conclusion, on a scale of 1-10 all get a 14!!!!! 4-11-22-----------Casey and Tyler were here today to install thermostats and remove the Glucose from our hot water base board heat system as well as replace a circulating pump. As I expected, they called to let us know when they would be arriving. They did GREAT work and worked well as a team. They both showed us how to use the thermostats and let us know we could call anytime if we had further questions. They were very neat and cleaned up things as needed. When we signed off on the bill they went over it with us. We have been VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING AS WELL AS THEIR PLEASANT PERSONALITY. Our spigot on the back of our house was leaking. Replaced spigot and 12 inches of copper pipe. $500 plus dollars for a 20 minute job. Never got back to me as I was concerned about the price been excessive. Took advantage of us as we were busy with 3 kids under 7 years old.
