AC went out today, on one of the hottest days so far this summer. Contacted Town & Country of Hawley; got here within a very short time and fixed the problem! Very professional and excellent service!!

Jim's crew was efficient and replaced our old system in one day. We enjoy the quiet efficiency of the new system. You can barely hear it turn on and the heat pump outside is so quiet you wouldn't know it's running unless you go close to it.

Very satisfied with the service I received. I had a new furnace installed. They communicated well, showed up on time, were efficient with their work, answered my questions and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Recommended.

Jim is a pleasure to work with, very personable and cares about getting you quality for a decent price. Town & Country replaced our A/C unit quickly and correctly. The team that showed up to do the work was on time, professional and clean. They did an excellent job and Jim even stopped by to see how things were going. They will definitely be my recommendation for future HVAC work!
Town and Country installed a custom system in my fully renovated home. Even with my very tight space restrictions, they were able to create an airflow plan to effectively and efficiently heat and cool my home! Thank You Guys!!

I recently had Town & Country install a new heating and air conditioning system. From start to finish, Jim and his team were very professional, responsive, and answered all my questions. Jim did a fantastic job of explaining my options, giving his recommendations as a professional, and seeing the project through to completion. He also followed up a week later to make sure I was satisfied with the project. He did a great job of communicating via phone, email, and in person. I would highly recommend the team at Town & Country Heating!

Jim and his guys were very friendly and knowledgeable about the system I have, even if it wasn't from him. When I called, he set a time and was there when he said and fixed the problem right the first time.
