I reached out to McGuire Heating And Cooling and the technician came after half an hour. He explained to me his assessment of my HVAC unit, he told me what needed to be done and he worked on it. He showed me the difference before and after he serviced my unit. He even gave me suggestions on how to maintain my unit. I won't hesitate to contact them again. Great job!

I hired this company to switch over an ancient oil boiler to a high-efficiency gas one in my investment property. They gave us a quote with different options which was very convenient. They did an awesome job. I couldn't believe it.

Jack and his crew did an outstanding job checking and cleaning my mom's furnace. He detected her humidifier was not working properly and showed me what was wrong. He repaired it and then showed me that it was working properly . He explained everything and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Perhaps McGuire Heating and Air will refuse to post it! - Monday, June 7th, 2021 - I had an appt scheduled for air cond. repair today, and had a job id # sent to me. I was told a technician would call me. NO TECHNICIAN CALLED! I called at noon- was told by the call service someone would come between 12:00 & 4:00 today. NO TECHNICIAN CALLED. NO ONE CAME TO MY HOME! I called at 4:00 to ask what was going on. The woman said the technicians were helping others- helping regular customers... and couldn’t get to me. The next available appt would be Friday. This is NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY!
****THIS IS -NOT- A LOCAL COMPANY****. When you call, you are routed to a call center, they will take your order than offer to waive the $125 service fee if you sign up for their service program that cost $149. Seems like a win, IF IT WERE A LOCAL COMPANY. So I signed up thinking it was A LOCAL COMPANY, than I googled the address for McGuire, and it comes up as Home Depot. Then I called them asking for the address, and the girl lied to me and said that it closed and everyone was working from home. (Sounded like a call center in the background to me). So, okay, I was scheduled for service between 11am to 3pm. Didn't show, so I got out of the contract, 3-5 days for a refund, we'll see how that goes... Then you go down the google reviews, and you see they all have like 1 or 2 reviews, and they all have these clear face happy face shots, and they say the same things about the local companies in the area. But what I noticed is the guy that said he liked Copes barber shop because he was a professional.....haha...anyone that knows Cope he's a great barber, a great guy and it's a fun place to hang out and get a cut, but he ain't no professional. -ya, they're probably plugged reviews. So this is a front company for "Premium Home Services" - A finder company (like Angie's List), that connects questionable techs with jobs, and takes a cut, and it's main purpose is to get you enrolled in their maintenance programs.....
DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE. Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Our furnace was down. We called on Tuesday asking if they could take a look at our furnace that day, they said yes okay they could do that. No one showed up on Tuesday. We called again on Wednesday, they said a technician would call us shortly to arrange a visit. No one called, no one showed. Same thing happened on Thursday. We get it, you guys are a local business and you might have back log and can’t attend to us right away. But we will really appreciate if you could just be honest with us up front about scheduling instead of making promises you could not fulfill. It is the middle of winter in Minnesota, and it’s not easy without a furnace. If you had told us right away you could only come 3 days after, we would have gone to somebody else instead of being left hanging for days. Terrible service!
During one of the hottest weeks of the year, my HVAC just stopped blowing cool air. Jack confidently began troubleshooting the unit, and quickly fixed the problem. Efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company!
These guys from McGuire Heating And Cooling were great! They answered my phone call right away, and came out to inspect my heating and cooling unit that could not function properly. They finished the job quickly and explained everything thoroughly. Great customer service and highly recommend.

McGuire Heating And Cooling has been servicing my air conditioning and heating for only a short time now, but I have been impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and ease of scheduling. Additionally, their office staff has always been very pleasant and very responsive to my needs.
McGuire Heating And Cooling make it possible to accommodate people's schedules. Their Technician explained what was wrong, how to fix it, and just did it. Placed everything back together how it was. Very knowledgeable young man. We became customers last year, and will continue calling them for any A/C needs.
