Chris has literally installed our entire mechanical room over the years. The quality of his work is unparalleled. I have worked in the trades for years and have never seen cleaner/more detailed mechanical work. He has great solutions for the toughest projects. Grant Heating and Air is a great value for the quality of service. Chris and Megan are great to work with and are very professional. Communication and scheduling is easy and on point. Save yourself the time and money and just hire Grant Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs. I don't usually do reviews, but the outstanding experiences we have had with this company over the years warrants one!
Chris and Megan were awesome to work with and provided excellent service and work. My furnace had been shutting off due to a bad heat exchange and the whole furnace needed to be replaced. They were able to reschedule all their appointments for Chris to come out the next day and do an all day install. He went above and beyond in the install and now my family is enjoying a safer and more efficient heating system. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing HVAC work. Grant Heating and Air does a terrific job! I am signed up for their preventative maintenance plan, so they come out twice a year to make sure my furnace and A/C are working properly. In the past, when I had a furnace issue, they were out immediately and fixed the issue promptly. They are extremely professional and I fully trust them!
Megan and Chris are great! We moved into the neighborhood a few years ago and originally reached out to them for HVAC services because they were our neighbors, and we keep using them because they're awesome at what they do (and because they're so friendly and easy to work with). We had to replace our AC and furnace a couple years ago, and they did a wonderful job at guiding us through the various options and then installing everything. Chris even came over on a Saturday to finish the job. We're currently on their preventative maintenance plan, and it's comforting knowing that we have people that we trust reviewing our equipment in the spring and fall to ensure that everything is running as smoothly as possible. We are so impressed with Grant Heating and Air. We have a newborn baby and our AC went out during one of the hottest times of the year. They came to our house and fixed our AC. Grant Heating and Air simply is the very best. Chris installed our furnace and air conditioner about 8 year ago and fortunately we have not had any issues. We recently had an issue with our air conditioner and when I left a message they were very prompt in returning my phone call and scheduling an appointment. Very thorough and great service. I 100% recommend Grant Heating and Air.

I would highly recommend Grant Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs. The entire process was excellent customer service from contacting Grant and speaking with Megan concerning our issue to the repair work completed by Chris. Megan was very friendly and helpful over the phone and discovered that my current unit was likely still under warranty for parts, which ended up saving me a nice chunk of money. Chris arrived the next day and was able to come early which Megan called and confirmed was okay. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and not even close to what I had experienced with the first business and technician that I had called concerning my AC issue. Chris answered my questions and did an excellent job of communicating what needed to be done. He stayed later into the early evening to complete the job and our AC is back and cooling as expected. No need to look elsewhere for your HVAC needs, just call Megan and Chris at Grant Heating & Air.
The entire process from making the call to request information on a furnace/ac install to the actual install could not have been any easier or more pleasant! Megan sent out all the information for our review immediately via email, we sent back a few pictures and our questions, had a phone conversation with Chris and we were ready for the install. Chris installed the system with the utmost attention to detail and efficiency while mentoring a teenager on what he was doing! Awesome! We would highly recommend Grant heating and will definitely use them again for any service need.
I had Grant Heating put a heater in my garage. They did an excellent job. I have had a few put in at different homes I have owned. This was by far the nicest install. Great work!!!

Chris and team did a fantastic job in replacing our furnace and AC this spring. He was the fourth HVAC person I spoke with, and his prices were lower than the others. Of the four, Grant was the only company where the person who came out to see give a quote was the person who actually did the work. All the others were pre-packaged solutions, not necessarily tailored to our needs and desires. The benefit was that when it came to the actual installation, there were no surprises. I've worked with other home services businesses where the technician comes on site, and then explains that things won't be done the way the person who quoted the job said it would be done. Chris gave us clarity and integrity from start to finish, which I really appreciated.
Needed a garage heater installed, Chris came out and gave me a competitive quote and was able to fit me in within a couple weeks. Chris and his team came in and finished everything same day, and were very efficient and professional. Definitely would recommend them for any heating and air conditioning needs!
AC went out during the hottest part of the year and of course on a Friday. Called around and no one could be out until the following week. Called Chris and he came out that day. Quickly surveyed the situation, gave me several options with the pros and cons to each. Solved the issue and have not had a problem since. Quick, professional, and friendly.
My AC went out just before the summer heat wave. Couldn't get any other contractor (tried 3 before Grant) to return my calls or send estimates for whatever reason. Called Chris and he was out shortly after, turned around with a quick estimate and started installation of AC and Furnace within a week of my acceptance of the offer. Great individual and company to work with and he did a stellar job installing everything - very clean and organized. Didn't hesitate to work through a couple minor requests brought up during the installation either. Used drop cloths, swept up and probably left my house cleaner than when they showed up. As an added note, he worked late and even came in on a Saturday morning, just so I had some AC for a humid weekend.
I called during open hours and got an answering machine. I left a message and never got called back. that was yesterday. today its colder and my furnace isn't keeping up. this business is close to me, and I believe in supporting my community. but not this guy.
Christ Grant does phenomenal work and I cannot speak highly enough of his customer service. He replaced our furnace for us last fall and his work was above and beyond our expectations. He worked long hours to get it done at a very reasonable price. I just called him recently because our AC wasn't working, he came over very late at night to check it out and got it working again right away. We are customers for life and recommend him to all our family and friends!
