Jeff just installed my mini split system and 4 years ago installed my boiler for in floor heat. Both jobs were outstanding. He is very meticulous when he does things to insure that it not only works well but also looks good. He is very responsive on any follow up questions as well. Plus he is just generally a very nice guy. I would highly recommend him for any job you have.
Veterans Heating did a great job. We needed an AC system and replacement heating system in a short time frame. He was responsive, and his work was great quality. I recommend Veterans heating. This is the third house that Veterans Heating installed for us, my two sons houses and mine.
Jeff Johnson helped us re-install and re-vamp our very poorly built heating system. Our heating powers up 3 floors of in-floor latent heating system and the attached garage. And we had only less than 5 zones! It was poorly built and even poorly maintained by the previous heating company. Jeff came one night 5 yeas ago, when we were all outta heat and managed to get the heat going for our 3yr old’s room. And later we had him do an entire over haul of the heating system, with new high energy efficient boiler, new plumbings and dedicated zones with anti-freeze. Our heating had been working without any fuss and just the annual maintenance by Jeff, ever since. If you truly wanna have a stress free life of not having to do multiple repairs of your heating system, have Jeff from Veterans Heating and Cooling come take a look at your system. Recently we had Jeff install a new A/C unit as well. Our aging a/c unit went bonkers. We had a nice and cool home in the short summer we have here in Northern Minnesota 😄 Jeff is a professional, highly knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and most of all, Honest. And his workmanship is Excellent!
Had Jeff install a furnace about 4 years ago and he did an amazing job.
Called in the morning, the receptionist took my info and told me someone would call me. Called again later in the day, they didn’t know who I was when I called, then told me they only service equipment they have installed. Wasted my time, and now it’s too late in the day to get a repair person in before the night. It’s 30 degrees at night.
Fixed issues other installers left. Professional job, easy to deal with and overall great service, thank you!

Jeff recently came over to fix up a boiler that had numerous issues with it. On top of that he helped un-freeze pipes and rewire the thermostat. Throughout all of it he tackled unexpected problems with good grace and good humor! At the end of it all, I feel a lot better knowing Jeff fixed up the boiler system in the house. If you're looking for someone, he's your guy!
Jeff recently replaced my very very old furnace. Because it was so old he had to do extensive ductwork. I must say I am very very satisfied with the quality of his work and how well he explained everything to us. I would highly recommend this company. Jim Livesay Duluth Minnesota
Jeff came to help us on a Saturday night with an A/C issue. He talked my husband through a couple of things on the phone before coming out to see us to use our time efficiently and effectively. He stayed until the issue was fixed, was friendly and very knowledgeable. As first-time home owners he gave us pointers and tips on how to keep our HVAC well- maintained for future use. We are new to the area and would recommend his friendly and knowledgeable services to everyone in the Duluth and surrounding areas.

Jeff replaced a boiler for us. Fast service - would get back to us promptly and answered all our questions. Showed us everything we needed to know as he installed the boiler and when it was finished. I can tell that Jeff's focus is customer service and quality. It was like having a member of the family replace our boiler. Highly recommend using Veterans Heating and Cooling.
Jeff was awesome. He worked around my schedule after I had postpone my appointment. when he showed up he was very personal and friendly. during our appt he pointed out that our furnace and thermostat was wired wrong and was only at about 60% efficiency. He also boosted our fan to move more air around our house and get our upstairs more evenly heated. Thanks for the great work, jeff.

Called Jeff for an estimated price for an ac unit. He was able to come out to the house short notice. Explained what size unit I needed to cool down the house. He was by far the best price of any of the 10 other quotes that I received. With in a few days ac was here. Jeff was also able to set up an electrician. I would Reccomend veterans to anyone. Thanks Jeff!!
