Wonderful experience! I needed to get my old furnace out and have a new one installed due to a cracked heater exchange, and they were here literally the next day ready to rock!! Completely professional and respectful, and the cost was considerably better than other places in my area. I Highly recommended going through Northland Cooling and Heating!

These guys were top notch. I called the 'big' well known company first and got the runaround and no fix. These guys came out quickly, fixed the main issue, and made some other recommended repairs/upgrades. It was all very reasonably priced as well. They even gave us free portable loaner heaters while they worked in the issue. Our technician was Trevor and he was awesome.
They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a very efficient and timely installation of a 96% efficiency Trane furnace on an extremely windy, rainy and cold November day in Duluth, Mn.
The crew showed up on time and prepared. It took them 4 hours to completely remove my old furnace and install a new one. They made custom HVAC connections between my existing HVAC and the locations on the new unit. The city inspector was in and out with no corrections needing to be made to the install and actually said he likes the work that Northland does as compared to some others. Getting a quote was free; they came out to my house to see what all needed to be done. There were no fees or adders in the quote, the price was the price and it was very straightforward and transparent. They were able to schedule me within a week of accepting the quote. I will absolutely come here again if I ever need to.

I have used Northland Comfort for approximately 6 years. I had them install a new furnace and AC unit when we bought our current house. They are responsive, very punctual and priced appropriately! I have had to call them in the middle of the night for repairs in the winter and they have never let me down. It’s a local family owned and operated business so please give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I needed a old broken down furnace replaced fast, Northland installed a new furnace right away! Fast, reliable, quality service. We are in the process of selling our home & needed an inspection. When I called the woman I spoke with was so friendly! She happened to have a tech in our area who was able to come out that day. We have already moved, so the technician let themselves in with our lock box, did the inspection and they called with the report as soon as they were done. We were able to pay over the phone same day - the service was so affordable!! It was quick, easy and definitely took the stress out of the process. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend!!!
I had a furnace go out unexpectedly. The company which came to do the repair (not Northland Comfort) was not responding with an estimate to replace. I called Steve who came out to my property within two hours and provided a quote for a replacement immediately. He was very courteous, professional and prompt.

A/C went out at the beginning of July - Northland Comfort immediately came out and assessed the issue. We need an entirely new unit unfortunately, however Northland Comfort got it handled, and at a decent price. Workers were kind and professional and we are now cool and comfortable again! I would recommend Northland Comfort :)
The team at Northland Comfort just installed a new Natural Gas furnace in our home. The crew was very professional and kind. They kept the place clean and did a great job. Jason was AWESOME with my crazy dogs and I really appreciated how he handled them when they had to work in the backyard. We really appreciate the work they did on our home. Thank you!

We weren't getting heat and our furnace was switching off and on constantly. We originally called the company that we paid to clean it less than 3 months ago, but they wanted us to either wait until the 21st (it's the 15th) or charge us $200+/hr when they made an emergency stop in 2 days. So we called Northland instead and Trevor was here within an hour. He spent the time to inspect everything and found water built up and clogged tubes that *should've* been cleaned by Randall's, because that's what we paid for. Trevor was prompt, professional, very kind and we have decided to use Northland Heating and Cooling from now on!
Steve came out and reviewed the project - he made so recommendations on size of the furnace needed to heat the remodeled area - we decided on the Train 96% efficiency dual stage furnace and 12” round exposed duct work. We scheduled the install for a few weeks to allow for the unit and all parts to be ordered and arrive. Travis and Tobie arrived at the scheduled time and date for the installation - scheduled for 3 days - they completed all work on time and budget. Very happy with the work from the Team at Northland and would recommend them for all of your heating and AC needs.
