Had an issue with the fuel oil furnace after some recent service, it suddenly started generating a lot of smoke and we had to turn it off. I called General and they had a technician here within the hour, and he fixed it quickly and effectively. Shout out to Gary for quick response time!
I had maintenance tech, Jake Kemp, come by my apartment to fix a hot water issue ive been having for roughly two months. He was very professional and friendly, and was able to fix the issue in a manner of 30mins (when other companies have been unable to fix the issue for months). To say I appreciate his timely and professional services is an understatement.

They were friendly, but charged what I thought was an excessive amount for a part that I found for half price (I found the same part for $200 after a quick Google search and I was charged $380). I called to ask them why it was so high and they told me they always mark up items 15% - obviously that is more than a 15% markup and they weren't willing to adjust my bill. I will likely look elsewhere before returning as a customer.
