We've had Jeremy fix two separate problems at our properties and he did so with professionalism and care. I hope we won't have a need for a plumber again soon, but will not hesitate to call AG O'Brien again if we do.
Jeremy was wonderful to work with. Explained what the job consisted of and had a nice visit too. I will be calling soon for more faucet work and a furnace cleaning. Had a great experience with you today!

Trevor and Brian arrived promptly and very quickly diagnosed the leak. Once the leak was fixed they cleaned up and left no trace of them being there.
When our water heater died, A.G. O'Brien was quick to respond. Their receptionist, scheduler, and Brian Houck, the service tech, were all, friendly and respectful; further, Brian and his assistant were, as well, quick, clean, and solid in their work. We've used A.G. O'Brien for several decades now, and will continue to do so.
Hour n 1/2 late for an 800 appt. No courtesy phone call saying they’d be late. Wouldn’t hire them if I lived across from them. Canceled appointment.

Terrible experience all around. They did nothing that I asked and still charged me for services they did not perform. They refused to communicate with me for almost a year never returned phonecalls and were extremely unprofessional and rude when I tried to have basic communication with them.
We called AG Obrien for our air conditioning system. Steve was on time and very personable. Highly recommend!
I was very impressed with AG O’Brien as they responded promptly. In addition, I requested Kody and he came to my home to assess my kitchen faucet. He was very polite, respectful, and professional. He did what he needed to do to repair my faucet. I would happily recommend this company and Kody. Thank you!!!!
Plumber just came to my house in Superior. He was great! He checked everything for a possible water leak from my water heater and found it was only two years old. So he thinks I had an increase in water pressure that caused the overflow to release a couple of gallons of water. He checked the water pressure and found it was around 70, so that is fine, he said. I’m going to call the city and see if they were working on water lines. In the meantime, I can rest without worry and use my hot water again. What a blessing it is to have, a company that will send someone right away! I called the big company in town and they said they would send someone but they did not. It was going to take weeks. I forgot the man’s name who was just here, but I know his last name is Johnson. Good luck, and God bless. Thanks for all your help!
