We had a heating and air conditioning emergency at our house. We emailed late on a Friday night and got a call from their office the next morning. They were able to send someone that same day to fix our issue.
Heating and Air Conditioning was prompt, courteous and professional. The technician, Mike, arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I'll definitely use them again!

Great professionals! Jeff was very knowledgeable and friendly. He found the smallest bit causing a clog, and was able to explain to me in very clear terms. Pricing is great and I can see they take quality and professionalism as a first principal. I would definitely recommend and will be calling them again for any HVAC needs in the future!
We had made 2 appointments with this company’s. Friday was a no call no show. Had we not called the manager would never had known that “Jose” had left his calls for the day because his daughter had gotten sick. The young man stated that after our call ended that he was going to have to call the other clients that “Jose” had stranded. Tonight, the second time (everyone deserves a second chance) we took time off to wait for the 4-7 window, we called a little after 4 and they said we would see the technician. Sadly, at 7:15 we called and the same technician was running late. He was going to call, which we highly doubt. We do feel for poor woman who took our call had to deal with our frustration tonight. We had faith in using a local business…trying to keep our money in the community. Unfortunately, the 4.9 rating means that they have weeded out the bad reviews.
I called on a hot Friday morning and requested a service call for the cooling unit that stopped working. I was told that a technician would come to my house between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. I provided 2 phone numbers and an email to ensure communication. I waited and no call, no show. I called at 12:30 p.m to inquire when the technician would arrive. I was then told that no one would be coming today and that someone should have called me. Now I had to find another company, that could help this late in the day. To be clear I did not have any work done by this company. I do not know what their workmanship is like. However, after experiencing this level of customer service I will not consider this company again.
Enoch was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was checking as well as what issues we were having with our Nest/AC unit so I could understand it. Would highly recommend Ray’s Heating And Cooling to any of my friends or family.
All the people at Ray’s Heating And Cooling were extremely helpful. My furnace was installed in one day. Prior to installation, all my questions were addressed. They thoroughly explained what steps they needed to go through to install my furnace. They called back after a few weeks to see how things were and if I was satisfied.

From the amazing reviews I read from Ray’s Heating And Cooling website as I was searching for HVAC service providers, I decided to try them out. I made a call to them and inquired their services. They responded effectively and advised on what am required to do. I needed both the A/C and furnace installed. Since I had not had an experience with them, I didn't want to risk installation for the two. Therefore, I requested for A/c installation from them. They sent Gerald who was accompanied with two other technician Enoch and Greg. They came on time, inquired the area where the A/C was to be placed. They did their measurements and sent for the A/C of the given measurements. It was delivered within no time, installed, programmed and completed the installation. They took very few hours to do the job and the results were outstanding. I was happy with the job and the A/c is perfect. I will definitely call them for the furnace installation.
Ray’s Heating And Cooling was the only furnace company that bothered to call me back. They took a look at my new home and gave me their opinion on what I needed. I was put on the schedule that same week during a very cold time of the year. We love how comfortable and cozy our house is. Thanks to Enoch and Joe for the quick installation and cleanup.
My furnace needed to be replaced and I called a few different companies to get quotes. Ray’s Heating And Cooling was the only company to actually spend time with me to understand my needs and budget. They were the only company that measured my house to make sure they were recommending the right replacement. I am glad I did business with them.

Our technician arrived as agreed and was personable, professional, and prepared. He worked quickly and efficiently to conduct preventive maintenance and provide two improvement recommendations and did not try to pressure to buy what I did not need. He really did a fantastic job.
