Thankful for the prompt response to our HVAC needs upon returning from vacation. The sales person was sympathetic and professional and the installers were competent and informative as to what was taking place during the installation.
I appreciate the thoroughness of staff on site and the friendly and reliable office staff that schedule appointments! Work is done well.

We had a bad circuit breaker which caused our air conditioner to not work. Viktor was on time, and very professional. He assessed the problem and found it quickly. He explained the problem and options for repair. He then fixed the problem as agreed. We will certainly use your company again and I will recommend you to family and friends.
Dan was on time and very thorough in the checking of the system. He explained everything he did. He gave me some recommendations on things we could install to save money down the road but he did not pressure me to purchase anything. Would highly recommend.
Was just trying to support an Asian own business. Mis-diagnosed what was wrong with the AC. Now we'll have to wait three weeks to get it re-diagnosed and we will probably have to pay $95 for that. No body is perfect - I get it. I just hope people and AC companies in general genuinely want to help or "make a difference" as they like to say it instead of just trying to get money out of people.
Twin City Heating and Air installed Air and Furnace two years ago. Today Dan Wong came out to make sure everything was in working order. Dan was friendly, professional knowledgeable, respectful and a great personality. After checking the furnace and the air conditioner Dan made suggestions on extras that could be done. I really appreciated that he did not pressure me. I would be happy to have Dan come out again to service our furnace and air conditioner.

What an amazing job! The communication and hand holding for me was an A+. They even came back for a 2nd visit to fix something that we had a miscommunication on. Kelsey was phenomenal.
Very professional and organized, it was all hands on deck when arriving at my home, they went the extra mile to answer all my questions, they also put down drop cloths to keep everything clean. I highly recommended them. The kind of service that you just don’t find these days.
We had our electrical panel replaced. We were very pleased with their technicians, the quality of their service, and the fair and good pricing of their service. The company performed several other electrical tasks for us. Their work was excellent. We were very pleased.
Our furnace e squirt working on Saturday night. I had already chosen them to replace our furnace and air conditioner and had an appointment to sign the contract and schedule the replacement on the following Tuesday. On Sunday morning g they brought us space heaters to keep us warm, I signed a contract and they scheduled the replacement eme t for the next day. They got to the house at 8:30 and had the work completed. By 3:00 I can't be more pleased with the work and especially. About 6 months ago we decided to get a furnace put in our garage and began shopping around. We contacted Twin City and Mitch came out and talked with us, made some suggestions and gave us a fair, no pressure quote. We decided to go with them and everyone we talked and worked with was professional, helpful, and friendly. They were extremely helpful every step of the way including dealing with city inspectors, setting up a zero interest loan, and making sure our furnace worked exactly as it should. We’ve had it a couple of months now and couldn’t be happier with it or the service we received. We highly recommend Twin City Heating and Air.

I called (Oct. 11th, '22) because our 2 yr old Carrier furnace wasn't working. I searched several companies online and chose Twin City Heating & Air because I wanted to get their join the Comfort Care Program. I called them for an appointment and mentioned that the heat was not working and we had an appointment the next day. I received a text when the tech was on the way along with his photo and a short bio. Our technician, Alex Smythe showed up on time and walked me through his findings. Several installation errors were found, one shorted out the igniter box and another needed to be redesigned. (the fresh air return pipe was located above the igniter motor and condensation dripped on it) We had one very cold day while waiting on parts but he was back the following day and got us all fixed up. (10-14-22) Wonderful to have heat again. I'm looking forward to the yearly tune-ups for the furnace and A/C. Alex is wonderful and explained everything to me when I asked him to show me the changes he'd made. Very nice and friendly young man.

Furnance went out on one of the coldest weekends this winter. They made sure I had plenty of space heaters to keep my house warm for the weekend. The owner patiently went over all my options while he was out of town and made sure I was happy with my selection and chose what was right for my house. Did not try to upsell me. Workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves.
