We had them come out to help with a central air issue. He worked fast and answered all my questions. Gave me peace of mind. They installed my furnace and handled all my hvac needs for 15 yrs. I highly recommend them.
They wanted to charge me $135.00 just to come out. I asked them if they knew what short cycling is. They said that they would would have to see for their shel. The guy I spoke to got mad at me because I told him to forget it. What a rip off.

My grandparent just had a new high efficiency unit installed. Technicians were on time, said the install may take two days, although they completed it in one. Very professional and polite from start to finish. Installation of the unit is clean looking, very nice work. Highly recommend Tollerud and their technicians!
They installed a new furnace for me last year and did a great job, I have been happy with it. I had questions and they were very knowledgable and willing to answer. Also, whenever I have called with questions they have been very nice.

Connor services my furnace for Winter today. Nice guy, dogs liked him which means something to me. Prompt, up front, and left the area clean. Furthermore, when I called to schedule I spoke with Rich. He was in the middle of something and asked if he could call me in the afternoon. He followed through calling me back, and it was shortly after noon. I'm VERY HAPPY I called Tollerude to service my furnace.
Had an excellent experience with them last year when they serviced my boiler and bled the radiators. That gets 5 stars. They get 1 star because today I called to ask about installation of water heaters and the guy on the phone wouldn't answer my questions. Asked if I could purchase a water heater and have it installed and he wouldn't say yes or no. Only that you are 2 weeks out. Still don't know if that is a service even provided.
Premiere service, quoted two-day job done in one. Installed furnace and water heater. Dogs were dummies they don't mind.
Timely, Professional, Reliable
Talked with Mark over a week ago to get estimate on water heater install. Today the office called and wanted 100% up front before they would even order the water heater. I explained that I would pay 50% now but that I had a problem paying the entire estimate up front especially when he was not able to give an install date. I had given then $500.00 and would pay balance later. I received a call back saying payment would have to be in full but still could not give an install date. 8 days wasted because I refuse to pay 100% up front. Interesting way of doing business but he does't have mine!

-23 Below outside. Called for service on 11 year-old furnace. Technician arrived within an hour, diagnosed problem quickly, made repairs. Furnace was working perfectly, and quietly when he left a short time later. Very good experience.
