We were notified by my 86 year old father-in-law that his heat was out at approximately 11:30 PM. We called the emergency number and spoke to Adam. He arrived within the hour. He isolated the problem and had to run to get parts twice. He remained there until approximately 4:30 AM to ensure that the repair was working. Adam showed great concern and kindness to us and my Father-in-law. Excellent customer service. Thank you again Adam. Kevin and Dawn Browne
Our furnace went on strike after one of the coldest days of the year after the close of business on a Friday night. Mitch was out in no time to look at the furnace, provide good information about options, and answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend Brent's Heating.

I called for HVAC advice and solutions to an issue I was having. I spoke to Mitch, who is the Owner. Pretty neat to speak directly to an owner of the company. Anyway, Mitch listened and provided thoughtful solutions that I should try. He was very descriptive and knowable. He was also very patient with me as I do not know a lot of about this type of work. Next time I need help or am ready to purchase a HVAC system, I’ll look to Brent’s first.

Very accommodating from the 1st contact with Cassie to the day of the installation. Would highly recommend Mitch and the polite knowledge staff he works with. Aiden was very professional and kept me informed through the whole process. As a retired owner of a service business it was great to be treated as a valued customer and not just another ticket #
Had my boiler repaired and flushed and refilled.. had a minor leak when finished I called a few weeks later, tech came out and shut a bleeder valve off. I received a bill for 135.00 dollars, when I called they admitted that their tech had to leave it open to relieve air bubbles. But I still had to pay a service fee!!! Made no sense and I will no longer be using or promoting brents service!!!
They were here right away figured out the problem and got it fixed. I will be calling Brent's in the future for any repairs I need!

Great service! Our heat went out in the middle of the night, called at 6AM, had someone out here by 7:30, ended up getting a whole new furnace (23 year furnace) laid out two different options and we choose to do a new furnace. Keep me updated how long it would take and they were throughly tidy and cleaned up well after the job! Thank you Brent’s Heating!
