I recently had Sam and his crew install some air conditioning units in my new house. I could not recommend Kemp Commercial Heating & Cooling enough, they were very friendly and polite, explained exactly how everything would work before they started the work and it only took them a day to install everything. Extremely good service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Made service appointment. After tech did not show, they claimed they had no record of our service call, put me on hold then hung up after 15 min of holding. Not worth the waste of time

I was straight up ghosted by this company today. I’m a business owner myself so I understand the struggle right now, being understaffed and super busy but I know not to make promises I can’t keep. Was told my window would be between 1-4, made two phone calls to find out the eta, one at about 2 and the other after the window ended at about 4:30. Was told “my manager will call you in a couple minutes” both times. Not only was the team just a total no-show but I was never contacted by anyone. When you say you can be somewhere/ do something do it or at the very least communicate. Now I have to open my business tomorrow with no heat because yours overpromised and grossly under delivered.
Two thumbs up! Our air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days of the year. The specialist was over in about half an hour as he finished his job nearby. He inspected our system, crawled under a crowded, cramped back deck on such a hot day and discovered an electrical wire had been eaten by an animal. He replaced it and we were back in business within 30 minutes. I could not be happier!
They gave a 4 hour window never showed when I called to find out what was going on they told me he would call me with eta never did do not use this place waste of time
I have been a customer of Kemp Commercial Heating & Cooling for many years, using them for both air conditioning and heating services. Today their expert, Matt arrived to check and repair my heater. Like on preceding visits, he was detailed, professional and trustworthy. He found the problem, corrected it, and ensured that everything worked properly. Simply the best!!
Just had a great service experience. Tech was here yesterday for a semi-annual visit which was fine and then the air handler stopped working during the night. He came back today and fixed the problem, which was with the outside drain, during today's downpour. No charge and he wouldn't take a tip, although he deserved it! Kemp Commercial Heating & Cooling continues to provide great service with great employees.
The owner came out to give me the estimate. Completely dedicated to customer satisfaction and doing things right. Scheduling of work was prompt, crew was professional and they explained the operation of the new unit prior to leaving. New unit made 100% improvement to reducing operating costs and efficiently heating and cooling the home.

Your team was fast and efficient, didn't even take a break, just installed a new water tank and furnace in 4 hours even with a stubborn old furnace that didn't want to come out. I would definitely recommend their services.
