They are always the most reasonable, timely and responsive. They do very good work! Bob answered all questions I had and explained everything! I have went with Town & Country several times for furnace and A/C repair and when it was time to replace it all they were the best around. I probably won't be seeing them for awhile because the new system works great! Highly recommend!
Always prompt with returning calls and helps fix your heating or AC in a timely manner. Very happy with their work.
When the weather is record breaking hot the last thing you want is your AC unit breaking down...and ours did! On a Sunday! We called ten different HVAC companies between Breckenridge, Wahpeton, Fergus Falls and Fargo/Moorhead and Town and Country was one of (only) two that called us back. Thankfully, T&C was able to help us the very next day while the other company needed to place us on a waiting list and estimated at least a week long wait. A kind and knowledgeable gentleman named Sam showed up Monday afternoon and immediately figured out the problem. He gave us great advice and replaced the parts we needed at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Town and Country for your HVAC needs! No hesitations!
