Highly recommend Thames Heating And Cooling. We had an emergency situation in which we contacted Thames Heating And Cooling and within an hour we had an appointed schedule and our problem was resolved later that day. The service technicians were very friendly, respectful, and even wore booties over the work boots so that they wouldn't drag any dirt into our home. Very happy that we used this company and now they have a customer for life!!
We had a tech at our house in under 2 hours of calling. He made a quick diagnosis, fixed the issue and our furnace was back in action. I was impressed with the communication from Thames Heating And Cooling throughout the process. They shot me a text with a picture and bio on the tech that was assigned, and followed up with a call when he was on his way. Very impressed. I will certainly do business with them again.
We were so happy with the service we received from them. We had a problem with our heating and air conditioning, and they came out right away to look at it. They were super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that was wrong with our system. We ended up getting a new unit installed, and they even helped us with the paperwork needed for getting it fixed.
First time to try Thames Heating And Cooling. Had a problem with heat pump, I called them today requesting service. They were able to provide same day service. Patrick showed up and got the problem figured out of solved. Great guy very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks Thames Heating And Cooling for a job well done.

Wrong place it's a dental place
Scheduled a appointment... no one showed. They called after the appointment window said they couldn't make it that day. They offered to come the next morning which I accepted. That new appointment window came & went. No call, no show. I tried calling the company several times and no one answers. Will not recommend them to anyone.
We called Mike, at the height of a heat wave, when our old A/C unit died. He called when he was on his way, and arrived during the window of time he'd originally scheduled. He analyzed the problem, completed the job, tested, and cleaned up the area. He is a top notch professional and I highly endorse him!
Tech came out to assess my furnace as part of the annual check up offer. He was on time, professional, personable and was able to show me directly what he was seeing that concerned him. He explained everything very well and answered all questions. After his assessment, he presented his findings, along with options, without a sense of pressure.
Mike my service technician was great! He came exactly when he said he would, he was mindful of our home and kept me in the loop about what he was doing. This was our first experience with Thames Heating And Cooling and it was the best service ever.

Good experience with the install of our a.c.The technicians were very kind in explaining on how to maintain the unit.Their work is very outstanding and would definitely recommend them.
Had both my units serviced and added an air exchanger and 2 air purifiers with ionization. The service technicians did a great job. They were friendly, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I have used Thames Heating And Cooling before and will continue to have.
Mini golf holes are both fun and challenging
We received great service from Thames Heating And Cooling. Mike diagnosed the problem with our heater within minutes, replaced the default part within a very short time and was done with the job in no time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and business oriented. Job well done!
Mike is definitely the guy I'll be calling to solve all my heating and cooling needs whenever I encounter them. After coming out on a very short notice, he explained the job and the cost and also made recommendations for other repairs that needed to be made. He replaced some internal components and tested the unit when he was done. Overall very satisfied with the service.
