They were excellent. Quick and efficient responses time. The technician was extremely personable and fixed the problem immediately. Also, very reasonably priced.
Temperature control was very professional with the new a/c install. Deleted a useless vent, installed a blower motor to keep my bungalow cool. They worked very hard to solve all of my HVAC systems within my house. Now the entire house gets down to temperature at a fair price. Down rivers best right here. Thanks guys!

They really know what they are doing! On time, on point, polite, hard working..and again...on point! Thank you Rodney with "Temperature Control Heating!" First visit he fixed the furnace ... A different company came 3 times prior amd claimed to have fixed the furnace each time... I will only call "Temperature Control" if and when needed from now on! Very grateful!!!
Good experience with them. Had them come out to disconnect and reconnect AC. They were able to come quickly and performed the work faster than anticipated and a quality job.
Terrible company! Scheduled To come out yesterday no show no called. I called them and rescheduled today...said they will be there before 5...it is 8:48 no show no call again. They do jobs for DTE maintenance plan so make sure you refuse to have them come to your home. Dishonest people they could of just told the truth that they were all book up...DTE would send a different company.
These people are scammers.had to pay them $100 to come to have them tell me I need a new furnace which would cost me almost $4000 then had expert heating and cooling come out and told me my furnace is still under warranty and will cost around $300. The best part is temperature control sells furnaces from the same company. Beware of this place.
I have been using Temparature Control for the last 3-4 years now. I have never had more than a 24 wait, and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
They came highly recommended and did a fantastic job moving my condenser. Reasonably priced and trustworthy. They get all of my business from now on.
I have never written a review before. People in this company are liars. i will not do business with company ever. after talking to the office yesterday for the third time they promised that the gas valve for the fireplace is on order and should be in next week. 10 minutes later i get a phone call from the tech saying that he can't find the part. I went on line and found the valve at multiple sites!!
I was having some issues with my pilot light going out. After having to light my pilot light several times I called Consumers Energy about my appliance protection program. The next day they sent out Rodney from Temperature Control. He came out several times to try and get it working, it took a few days cause my furnace was old and it was hard to get the right parts. Despite all the attempts, it was not successful and my furnace had to throw the towel in. Rodney was a great tech and is very dedicated to his job. A great employee for their company to have. I decided to go with them to install my new furnace. They came out the next day and went straight to work. Highly professional, thoroughly, and even went above and beyond. They could have simply slapped a new furnace in and left. But they went above and beyond by just doing small things. Like taken the old furnace away or bringing a few things up to code around my furnace, like replace old valves. They had me really surprised, great company!
