Would not reccomend. Two year old system with a "10 year parts and labor warrenty" is broken and they are not covereing the labor costs.
Easy delivery. Yard isn't big but enough to maneuver in. Took no more than 10 minutes.. Easy morning
My daughter was having trouble with her furnace and Eric came out and found out what was wrong right away. Because we thought it was under warranty, he didn't fix it that day. The next day we found out it wasn't covered, and Eric came right out to fix it. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They will be getting all of our future sales and repairs, and I will refer them always. Great company. Thanks.
Great place to deliver to they dont mess around
Quality Aire Systems installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. Everyone from this company were great to work with. Nate was honest, timely in returning calls and worked very hard to get me what I wanted. Nate was professional and personable. Chris who over saw the installers was very knowledgeable of the products and made a visit to my home to check on things while the product was being installed. The installers were very professional, worked hard and cleaned up. They even stayed until 7:30 pm so I would have working air before they left. The office staff took care of everything timely with DTE to make sure that I would receive the rebates due to me. I can't say enough about how great everyone is at this company. I obtained 4 estimates from 4 different companies. Quality Aire Systems was the ONLY company that didn't try to sell me expensive up grades that were not necessary. The products they offer are top rate. My husband and I did hours of research on several brands of furnaces and air conditioners. So we knew what was needed for our home and what we wanted.
