Very efficient, professional, quick, and friendly.
Used their online portal for an ac repair last night and they sent someone out to me this morning, he was quick and professional and got it working again. So happy
It is SO refreshing to work with a company that does what it said they would do and does work professionally (and friendly) showing their experience. I was with a big company for years and he found that my Xfinity carrier air cleaner had not been cleaned for a LONG time! I jumped at the chance to sign up with their maintenance contract! Very much worth it!!!

Mike's is a top notch Heating and Cooling Contractor. I had gotten a quote from the contractor I have used for about 10 years, and a family member recommended I try Mike's as well for an estimate. The Carrier system they gave me the estimate on was 96% efficient on the heating unit. The A/C has a 16 SEER rating. I agreed to Mike's estimate and 2 days later they did the installation., Very professional crew. MIke's was also nearly $2000 less than my initial estimate was. We could not be happier, unless of course we hit the Power Ball today for $2 Billion.

Connor and Fred just finished a complete Carrier Infinity system. They were GREAT, explained everything, cleaned up perfectly and it looks amazing. My neighbor said " must be nice to have money". I wanted premium equipment and a quality installation! I had several other quotes for the same equipment, some companies offered cheaper equipment and less knowledgeable installers to keep the price down. You get what you pay for. I wanted premium and Mike's Heating and Cooling delivered!!! Thanks again to Paul the service guy and Fred and Connor for a perfect installation! Will definitely recommend!!!!

I called this company for a quote, not realizing they were on the other side of the state. I’m sad that they are not in my area because the knowledge, advice, and professionalism I received on that phone call was amazing. The technician (I should have gotten his name) spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining everything and offering advice even after knowing that I was out of his service area. Thank you guys!!!

They had the part I was looking for in stock. Friendly people. I will call them if I ever need in home service.
They are expensive and wanted to buy without doing marketing and i said ok i just wanted to check another place and see if there i can find good price and both items i needed? When i went other places there were price difference but they were saying that the items will take time to come because they will be ordering for me, i just decided to go and buy the item from Mike heating and cooling and i told my wife that when we go back you will see the manager or owner will say it sold and will not give us, when we went there he says the same and didn't sell the item and he lied to us. They want to sell their items and lies to the customer that Furnace is not repairable and has to replace etc. They tried to me as well to sell and in the mid season of winter they didn't fix my furnace and gave me $2,700.00 estimate and says this can't be fixed or restart, i went to the home Depot and purchased the small part and $10 + fixed it since 2011 till now the same furnace working great, they are cheaters!
They were at my house within the hour. Technician was very nice and polite. Was a simple fix and furnace works great. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

Came out quickly on Monday after a service request via the website on a weekend. The tech was professional and very helpful. Diagnosed the problem with the furnace right off, and was able to install with a new, compatible in stock furnace the next day. Install went quick and efficiently, done within 3 hours. Even threw in a older model digital thermostat after seeing the one we had was at least 20 years old. Now we're only about 5 years behind on technology LOL Would definitely recommend.

12/1/21... Right off the bat Paul was extremely fast, knowledgeable, and very efficient. But most importantly he was helpful and honest. Definitely will be my provider for any future heating & cooling services I need. Dawn was very prompt in answering and returning my calls and very polite and she activley listened well to my questions & concerns. Also, I spoke to Mike the owner back in February when I had another issue. He was extremely helpful honest and genuinely interested in helping me. I'm a "get to the point efficiently and effectively" kind of person, and these wonderful people in this company were exactly what I needed in such a short amount of time. Kind regards, Abe Sobh
