ThermoPro did an amazing job fixing our one furnace in our Michigan crawl. We have another company check it out and was told it had cracks and needed a new furnace. We heard from a family friend to get a second opinion from ThermoPro as they have had a good experience with them. They came out the very next morning and the worker, Ted, checked everything out and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes!! Very friendly and knew what he was doing. Saved us from the other company who said we needed a new furnace for quoted amount of: $5,500. We ended up spending less than $500 in repairs and our heat is working great. Highly recommend calling them first as they make sure they do everything they can before calling it quits!
Outstanding exceptional reliable service! Due to previous exceptional experience with the company, I referred two family members whose heat was out due to terrible storm. Both were told by other companies they needed new furnaces. Texted the owner and received immediate response. Appointments assigned immediately. Both furnaces fixed quickly for very reasonable cost. Used them to install two brand new furnaces and AC units one year ago. Have a leak in my upstairs unit with elderly people living there. Because I had a diagnostic done with another company, (because they do not respond in a timely manner), They will not honor my warranty on a $10,000 job. The reason there is a leak is because they attached the line to the roof and when my roof was repaired a nail sliced the line that should’ve never been placed there. The ceiling vents they installed are now falling out of the ceiling as well. I was informed to stop contacting them personally as they are my neighbors and never had any problem contacting them personally when I needed $10,000 worth of work done. And also took them 30 days to tell me that now the warranty will not be covered. 30 days of wasting my time! Cannot believe that they treat their neighbors this way. If there was zero star I would’ve hit that button. Looks like I will never use this company again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone what a joke!

We were beyond please with the service that we received today with Ted from ThermoPro. ☆☆☆☆☆AMAZING. His customer service skills are beyond, extremely kind, educated, answered all of our questions, made sure that we understoodnot only what happened, but why it happened, and how to prevent it again. He did a great job. And the BEST part was they were so reasonably priced. I 10/10 recommended ThermoPro in the Toledo area.
This is the 4th time using Thermo Pro and again nothing but satisfied. Always comes in a timely manner, friendly workers, and has always figured out the problem. By far the most affordable pricing and they always make sure to get me the best deal possible. Highly recommend this company.

Avoid them at all costs. Save yourself the headache and hire ANYONE else. I had them install a new AC unit. They have been out more than 5 times due to water coming through my ceiling under the new unit, which ruined my carpet and I have a hole in my ceiling I have been unable to repair due to the constant leaking. I finally called a different HVAC company and was told it will cost me $2500 to fix the work they did. I would give zero stars if I could. Edit: I love that this business just ridicules everyone that gives them a bad review. Honestly, ask yourself if you would ever want to use a company that refuses to stand behind their work. My review is very honest and a warning to anyone that is looking for HVAC work. The AC unit they installed leaked for over a year onto the carpet in the living room below. They know this and are very aware of the issue. They got letters from my attorney requesting to fix the issue, which they ignored. Greed? What did I get out of this business? I actually had to pay real professional HVAC techs to come in and fix the job they messed up, as well as drywall repair. As an attorney, I would never post an untrue negative review of someone because that would be libel. My review is 100% accurate. These guys cost me a LOT of money to fix their terrible work they refused to stand behind.
Absolutely a customer for life . Tim showed up within 20 minutes and had our a/c working perfect in no time, on a very hot and busy day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thermopro to anyone.

Tim was excellent! I cannot say enough great things about him. He helped walk me through a few things on the phone and then checked in on me later in the day. I asked if he would still come out to give the unit a once over and he said not a problem. He was very polite and professional. Took the time to explain why I was experiencing the issue I was having and what to look for in the future. I would without a doubt with use Tim and Thermopro again. Price was excellent especially for someone on a budget!
Not only did ThermoPro return my urgent call promptly, they were able to quickly make time to diagnose my client's non-working furnace and for a fraction of the cost of other company's emergency prices! Tim was understanding about our situation, was very professional and knowledgeable about the furnace. He quickly discovered the problem, and after obtaining the new parts needed, returned the next day to repair the furnace . When other companies did not so much as return calls or texts nor repair the furnace as expected, ThermoPro was able to do it all ~ swiftly, kindly, and professionally. Tim showed up to inspect our AC unit and was very honest about it's condition and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Very nice, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone!
Had a new AC unit installed 9/2019. Worked fine through Fall and Spring. When weather turned warm in 2020, it could not keep up. Called the company and they said it checked out but might need more freon and they would stop back to do that. When I called to inquire why they had not been back, this time I was told the unit is full of freon and that better window coverings were needed for it to work even though it worked fine previously. Never heard from them again and had to call a second company who installed 1/2 lb. of freon to get it working properly. I am not happy to have to call a second company to finish the work that ThermoPro was paid to do to begin with. This company is not good at following up and solving the problem.
