Zilka can handle most of everything, only thing we dont do is fixing indoor plumbing, we are busy keeping your a/c running, exhaust fans pumping, and your furnaces heating, as well as water heaters and hydronic systems(boilers)
Technician Dan Nicholson of Zilka Heating replaced the thermostat so that our air conditioning could work again. His work was extremely efficient and he was extremely personable. Thank you.

Purchased a new a/c unit from them last year and from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. They were professional installers and went above and beyond. If you're within their service area, do yourself a favor and give them a call.
This dude came out and diagnosed my high limit switch as bypassed. He said he’d have to order it and replace it, three weeks later he came back out and FORGOT the only part he needed to replace. Now he’s won’t service it at all b

Hired Zilka Heating and Cooling to complete work at our home. Never showed up, didn't answer emails or telephone calls. Left our home in disarray with holes in the wall and they are nowhere to be found. Very unprofessional and would never recommend them.
Love this business! I have been a long time customer and they really helped me out this week. I am recuperating from surgery and my air went out. Talk about misery! But even though they are super busy, they got me in and did the repair. Today it will be 90 degrees and I am doing great. This company is honest, efficient, and really cares about its' customers. Thank you so much Jessica and Jeremy! You are the best!!!
Holy cow, what a whopper of a price! The tech came unprepared, using my tools, left me with work to do, and gave me a monster of a price for the work. I would not recommend to anyone.

William, Pedro, Dan and the rest of the team at Zilka did a great job! William walked us through the options and made recommendations, offering the best value for our buck. During the installation, Pedro and Dan were true professionals. They did an outstanding job installing the new equipment and did not stop until the job was done. They were very attentive to detail. They took me through the various maintenance items and made sure we understood what we needed to do to maintain the new system.
I just found out tech from Zika cut the wire to the central air from when I had service work done to the furnace few months ago. I was having problem to my central air I called different company they said someone cut your wires to your ac from the furnace panel . Only one could have done it was Zika. I won't recomend them to anyone.

I had a part on my furnace that gave out and it was on a day where it was going to be 15 degrees that night and I have a 13 month old son so I was freaking out. I bought the part at Zilka and it was $75 and the man working the parts counter gave me a discount to make it cheaper. He also warned me that it was a fragile part and when I got home I opened the box and it fell breaking instantly. I went back asking him if he could please at least give me another part for half off because I couldn’t afford to spend another $65 and he didn’t charge me a cent. It’s nice to know there is people with compassion and decency in this world because it was my fault for not being more careful. I will always go there for any hearing and cooling needs.
5 STARS AND 100% SATISFIED Had no heat called ZILKA Anthony came out checked my furnace out and there was a Duck stuck in my furnace! yep a Duck. He removed the Duck came back the next day and put a furnace cap on. While Jessica (Customer Service Gal) picked up a wounded Raccoon from my yard took him to nurse him back to his health. THIS PLACE ROCKS!! Not only that but when I replaced my furnace 15 months ago I had an Keego Harbor company come out and wanted to charge me for a part when they didn't even fix the problem. The owner argued with me then voided my air conditioner warranty. (I had them put in air unit prior to my furnace)To top it off they didn't even screw in a part that should have been bolted in and the ZILKA techs found...Ohh gotta mention Mike the sales guy who is really cool and has great house stories...If you have any questions or concerns ask for Jessica she will make sure to get it right for you.... Love this place!!
