Had them install a furnace and paid for everything in advance and I asked them what the price was going to be and they told me what it would be and I could pay in full and when the job was finished they turn around and charged me for another $150 the work was garbage they rigged my two stage furnace to run on one stage looping wires together and they left screws out of the furnace as well as had my condensation drain going slightly up instead of down I don't know who they have actually writing the positive reviews they are very unprofessional and I have never dealt with another heating and cooling company like this I will use anyone but them
When my heat stopped working during the December 2022 horrible storm, Dan made sure to get out the same day we called and fixed the problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable! 12/10.

I highly recommend this service provider. I had a leak in my A/C system. Dan Dachic himself, the owner came out, and thanks to his experience and thorough checking discovered a clogged drain line from the drip pan. An easy fix and much less expensive. I was relieved and very glad to make contact with Dan, who will now do annual maintenance on my heating and cooling equipment. This is a quality service company.
Professional, experienced, friendly, prompt, thorough, competent and took added precautions to keep my house clean, they do very good clean quality work and take pride in what they do. Dan and his team at twin cities heating coolest are the very best in the area. Hands down.
I want to give a big shout out to Twin Cities Heating & Cooling for the amazing job they did for me this past week. During one of the coldest weeks of this winter season, my furnace failed to keep my house up to temp. I called Twin Cities and Dan was out that same day. I don’t know anything about furnaces but Dan took the time to explain what was happening and gave his no pressure recommendation that my old contractor model furnace be replaced. Two days later, I had a new upgraded dual stage gas furnace with a whole house humidifier. I couldn’t be happier. Dan was correct. I had a hole in my furnace that made it not only not function properly but it was potentially unsafe. Twin Cities was professional every step of the way and they made making a major purchase less stressful. I hope I don’t have to buy a furnace again in the future but if I do I’ll call Dan, Mitchell and James at Twin Cities. I can’t say enough about them.

We needed our furnace and AC replaced right after purchasing our house. Needless to say, it was a stressful situation, but Dan made it a seamless process and got our heat turned back on quickly! The attention to detail on installation and communication through out was great. I would recommend to anyone needing these services. He is honest and fair with top notch workmanship! I am very pleased with the outcome.
Dan was great..I am disabled senior and he even come back and installed hand rail in basement steps.so I can go up and down safely. at no extra charge
Dan and his team were wonderful! Dan was prompt to respond and came out to give us a quote. We knew we needed a new unit, but he was nice enough to try to provide a temporary fix until he could come back out to install the new unit. We received a couple quotes and Twin Cities Heating and Cooling was by far the most affordable. Dan was very professional and answered all of our questions. The new until is working great and we are very happy with Dan and his team. Would highly recommend!
I have worked numerous times with Twin Cities Heating and Cooling for my office HVAC equipment, and for my residence. They have always done great work, have been timely with service, and have reasonable prices. Dan and his crew are highly recommended.

Just had my heating and cooling replaced. I bought the house in 1996 and not sure when h&c were installed. Twin Cities came in and installed within days after estimate given. Dan and crew were friendly and got right to the job. Efficient, reasonable, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended!!!
I was in need of a new furnace and gave Twin Cities Heating and Cooling a call for advice, etc. Dan Dahlke came over when promised, checked out my existing furnace, gave me some options including a quote on new. No pressure. Next day I called him back to give the go ahead. Service was excellent. Dan and crew have that old school "I sincerely care about the quality of my work and I really want you to be happy" attitude. I like that! Give them a call. You won't be disappointed!
They were very professional and did a phenomenal job on my furnace and AC unit. Everyone was very helpful with all of my questions and I’m very happy with all of the work that was done!
Dan was willing to come after hours if needed, and went above and beyond the call. He was efficient and quickly had the heat working again. It is nice to work a local company who cares about their customers!
Furnace stopped working - Called Dan first thing in AM - he committed he was available and could come out by noon so I made no further calls - that turned out to be a mistake. Noon came and went - no call / no show - scrambling to get the heat back on before my kids get home. Thanks a lot man! Wil not be doing business here !
