Went by and set up an inspection for my AC unit for the next day. I waited at home all the next day and got a no show no call. I would not even give them a one on the one to five scale. I called a friend from church who knows about AC Unites and he came over and worked on mine. While we were working on it, the owner of Flo-Aire Heating called me and asked if there was anything he could do to fix the problem. I told him that we were already working on it and he ask me to give him a call when we were done. At that time he told me that he wanted to pay for the parts and labor of the job to make up for the problem that was caused. He came by this morning and gave me the money that it cost to fix my unit. I told him that it was God working through him to help me with the cost. Robert Molnar is the owner and is a real nice guy. I take back what I said yesterday and would recommend them to work on your units. It was just one of those things were my appointment fell through the cracks and they didn't call me.
The guys did a great job installing our outdoor garage lights. They were very professional, and courteous. Great work!!

I was very happy with flo-aire service! They came out and fixed my a/c unit that stopped working and did a great job, they were at my house shortly after I called and very professional and polite. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for any future needs thanks guys!

Great first experience! Our A/C wasn’t working after a basement remodel left our system clogged with the hottest week of weather forecasted and an infant at home. Called Flo-Aire at 8am, they had someone out to fix the issue by 1pm and offer guidance on how to avoid it happening again. Definitely recommend using them. Their responsiveness couldn’t be matched by a few other companies we had contacted.
Larry is quick to respond to emergency calls, as is Cory. Keith is a true professional and knows how to fix things and do it right the first time. Flo Aire is our choice for every HVAC need in our family.

Keith, came out performed a cleaning and inspection of our A/C unit. He performed the work fast and answered all of my questions. Clean up any mess and finish with no problems noted. I will recommend Keith, and Flo-Aire to all my friends and neighbors.

We were impressed with the level of professionalism, attention to detail and overall quality workmanship from Brian and the entire electrical division of Flo-Aire. We couldn't have been more pleased with the installation of our whole house generator.

Flo-Aire has been very impressive and responsive to our needs we had a new HVAC system installed less than 6 yrs ago and was under warranty and was not honored by the mfr or the company (Payne) that was to service it. Flo-Aire came in and started repairs to keep our A/C & heat going. Unfortunately there was a major problem that was discovered with the old unit last Wednesday and it could not be repaired. Flo-Aire came in on Saturday and installed a brand new (Rheem) system for us just in time for our daughter’s birthday with lots of people. They are top notch. Larry the owner is great and Bob who tried to get the old one running and then Mike & Dillon who took the old one out and installed the new one on Saturday the day before Easter. I’m sorry if we missed some of the other names that have been taking care of this very bad unit. Thank you again for everything and for continuing to maintain the old furnace that the other company won’t do. You all are GREAT & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . 🌹😀.
Flo-Aire has done a couple projects for me at my business and their work has been high quality at a very reasonable price. They have been very understanding and willing to help on making sure projects are done to specific needs or situations. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
Recently had our furnace replaced after 20+ years. They were recommended by Randy, the furnace guy from FB, and came with quite high praises. When Larry came out to give us our estimate, he was very thorough and didn't give us a line of bs to try and upsell us. The installers were very professional and had the job done in a timely manner. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they didn't tighten down a clamp and we had to have a service call because there was a puddle of water around the bottom of our brand new furnace. All in all, definitely recommend them!
