Very responsive and reasonable pricing. I've used them multiple times as my HVAC systems age.
Excellent service in every way! Our oil fuel furnace stopped working and was only blowing cold air. Called RG and they said they could get someone to come take a look the next day, but they ended up finding time the same day I called. The owner was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He even came out again the next day to show my partner what was wrong with the furnace since he couldn't be there during the first service call. They ordered the parts and got the furnace fixed the same day that the repair parts arrived. Very reasonable invoice for everything and they were so professional and honest. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Steve and his crew are GREAT! We've had them install a furnace and on-demand water heater, as well as do a furnace repair (furnace in my workshop). Early Saturday morning I found water on the basement floor, and traced it to a leak on the supply side of the water heater. Called the 24 hour line, and got a quick callback. Steve was here w/in 30 min, found the crack in a small fitting, and had to run back to the shop to get a specialty part. All-in, we had hot water again within about 90 min from my one call! The failed part was covered under warranty, so definitely a huge plus. I'm a big fan of supporting our local businesses, and would highly recommend the R.G. Wahl-Roehm team!
I had no heat this morning and called around 8-830 am - they were here before 9 am. The repair needed was explained to me. The service tech was polite and professional. The gentleman that took my call this morning was also polite and friendly. This company knows how to provide exemplary customer service. LNeal
We used RG Wahl to install our new furnace and ac. They were on time, professional and reasonably priced. Recently we had a scare with our hot water heater. We called them and they sent someone out immediately to look at it. Turned out to be no big deal. Problem solved and they didn’t even charge us! I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. This is an honest company with knowledgeable employees.

I called on one of the hottest days of the year and, even though they were busy, they made sure to squeeze an appointment in the very next day. Austin arrived within the time frame given. He was professional, polite and answered all of my questions. My air conditioning problem was diagnosed and solved with a new capacitor in less than 30 minutes! The price quoted was astonishingly low. I will definitely call/use them again.
Wahl-Roehm say what the can do and do exactly what they say. In every single aspect, Steve, Austin and Aaron exceeded our expectation in the work promised. In an era of struggling to find the “right” contractor; Wahl-Roehm were professional, honest and simply amazing. They accomplished a difficult heating and air conditions instillation on time, performed flawlessly and they were wonderful to deal with. Great people, great work and a truly great experience. Had a great experience a few years ago with an install of a new heating AC unit. Recently used them to hook up a full house generator. They were very prompt and knowledgeable. The service was exceptional, especially Aaron in customer service. He was very attentive and made sure all all my questions were answered. Highly recommend the company.

Very responsive getting back to me, quick to diagnose, source parts and repair my furnace. The guy I talked to on the phone was very personable explained things well and wasn’t pushy in the least bit. They will always be my first call when it comes to my homes heating and cooling needs.

I hardly ever provide a 5 star rating, but this company has been an excellent partner with us to keep our residential HVAC system running effectively now for 21 years. The most recent service involved an HVAC system maintenance. The technician was prompt, courteous, responsive, and efficient, and the cost was reasonable. It is wonderful to have a hometown vendor that provides such excellent service.
